Claims (4)
- 회전축과, 상기 회전축의 외측에 설치된 고정자와, 상기 고정자의 외주면에 일정간격으로 이격 설치된 영구 자석이 부착되는 원통형 프레임을 포함하여 구성되어 상기 고정자에 전원이 인가됨에 따라 상기 원통형 프레임이 회전하게 되는 아웃 로터형 팬 모터에 있어서,상기 회전축은 그 상부가 상기 원통형 프레임의 중앙부에 형성된 회전축 결합부와 고정 결합되고 그 하부는 베어링 조립체에 의하여 자유롭게 회전 지지되며, 상기 베어링 조립체는 상기 회전축의 하부에 설치된 베어링 스탠드에 끼워 결합되되, 오일리스베어링과, 상기 오일리스 베어링을 탄성에 의하여 지지하는 판 스프링과, 오일을 함유하고 있는 오일 펠트를 수납 케이스에 수납하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 아웃 로터형 팬 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 회전축이 통과되는 고정자의 상단부에는 상기 회전축을 자유롭게 회전 지지하는 슬리브 베어링을 더 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 아웃 로터형 팬 모터.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 베어링 조립체의 수납 케이스의 외주면에 다수개의 결합돌기를 형성하고, 상기 베어링 스탠드에는 상기 결합돌기에 대응하는 위치에 다수개의 결합홈을 형성하여 상기 베어링 조립체가 상기 베어링 스탠드에 끼워 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 아웃 로터형 팬 모터.
