- 마찰 교반 용접 공구(20)는 마찰 교반 용접 공구의 선단부(21), 마찰 교반 용접 공구의 바디(22) 및 마찰 교반 용접 공구의 후부(23)로 구성되며, 마찰 교반 용접 공구의 선단부 최외측 골지름(24)은 1.9∼2.1mm의 범위이며, 마찰 교반 용접 공구의 바디 지름(25)은 2.8∼3.2mm의 범위이고, 마찰 교반 용접 공구의 후부 지름(26)은 7∼9mm의 범위이며, 마찰 교반 용접 공구의 선단부 길이(27)는 2∼3mm의 범위이고, 마찰 교반 용접 공구의 선단부와 바디의 합계 길이(28)는 5∼8mm이며, 마찰 교반 용접 공구의 길이(29)는 47∼51mm의 범위이고, 마찰 교반 용접 공구의 나사형 선단부의 테이퍼 각(41)은 14˚∼18˚의 범위이며, 마찰 교반 용접 공구의 나사형 선단부의 산꼭대기의 둥글기(42)는 R0.4∼R0.6mm의 범위이고, 마찰 교반 용접 공구의 나사형 선단부의 골의 둥글기(43)는 R0.1∼R0.3mm의 범위이며, 마찰 교반 용접 공구의 나사형 선단부의 후면 경사각(44)은 72˚∼76˚의 범위이고, 마찰 교반 용접 공구의 나사형 선단부의 전면 경사각(45)은 39˚∼43˚의 범위이며, 마찰 교반 용접 공구의 나사형 선단부의 피치(46)는 0.8∼1.2mm의 범위이고, 마찰 교반 용접 공구의 나사형 선단부의 최내측 골지름(47)은 1.8∼2.2mm의 범위이며, 마찰 교반 용접 공구(20)의 소재는 고속도강 SKH 9와 SKH 51의 둘 중의 하나로 구성되며, 고속도강의 담금질은 1차 예열온도인 500℃∼550℃에서 4∼6분간 유지하고, 2차 예열온도인 845℃∼855℃에서 4∼6분간 유지하며, 1160℃∼1200℃에서 9∼11분간 유지한 후에 유냉하며, 고속도강의 뜨임은 540℃∼570℃에서 28∼32분간 유지한 후에 로냉 처리하며, 고속도강의 경도는 HRC 58∼60의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 마찰 교반 용접 공구(20).
