Claims (6)
- 하수 슬러지를 이용하여 흡음재를 제조하는 제조방법에 있어서,함수율이 10-40%의 하수 슬러지를 무산소상태에서 400℃이상의 고온에서 탄화반응시켜 탄화물을 제조하는 탄화물제조단계;상기 탄화물제조단계에서 생성된 탄화물을 일정 크기로 파쇄하는 파쇄단계;상기 파쇄된 탄화물에, 기포를 증대시켜 흡음재의 효과를 향상시키기 위한 발포제, 시멘트, 및 물을 혼합하여 배합하는 배합단계; 및상기 배합된 배합물을 성형틀에 주입시켜 건식성형하여 흡음성형물을 형성하는 성형물형성단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하수 슬러지를 이용한 흡음재 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 탄화물 제조단계 전에, 하수 슬러지의 수분을 제거하는 건조공정을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하수 슬러지를 이용한 흡음재 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 파쇄된 탄화물 100중량부에 대해, 시멘트 30-50중량부, 물 5-10중량부, 발포제 0.01-0.5중량부가 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하수 슬러지를 이용한 흡음재 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 성형물 형성단계에서, 성형물의 형상은 구형상, 다면체 형상, 블록형상, 또는 패널형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 하수 슬러지를 이용한 흡음재 제조방법.
