도 2는 도 1의 LED 바에 대한 배면부 사시도이다.
도 3은 도 1의 바텀 바에 구비된 결합돌기가 LED 바에 결합되는 모습을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 4는 바텀 새시의 바텀 바에 LED 바가 결합 완료된 상태를 나타낸 사시도이다.
도 5a는 본 발명에 따라 예비 돌기가 성형된 바텀 바 소재를 성형 척에 배치하는 모습을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 5b는 도 5a의 상태로부터 바텀 바에 도브 테일 형태의 결합돌기를 형성한 상태를 나타낸 단면도이다.

Claims (1)
- 엣지형 LED 디스플레이에서 바텀 새시의 엣지 부위에 설치되는 바텀 바를 제조하되, 광원인 LED가 정면부에 부착된 LED 바를 상기 바텀 바에 결합하기 위하여 LED 바의 배면부에 형성된 키 호울형 결합홈에 결합될 도브 테일형 결합돌기를 상기 바텀 바에 형성하는 엣지형 엘이디 디스플레이용 바텀 바의 제조방법에 있어서,
상기 바텀 바를 구성할 소재에 상기 결합돌기의 형성 위치마다 예비(豫備) 돌기가 형성되는 형태로 상기 소재를 압출하는 단계;
상기 도브 테일형 결합돌기의 형상으로 개구된 성형부를 구비한 성형 척(chuck)에 상기 예비 돌기가 형성된 소재를 배치하는 단계;
상기 성형 척의 성형부에 상기 소재의 예비 돌기를 삽입한 상태에서 상기 소재에 힘을 가하여 상기 예비 돌기를 도브 테일형 결합돌기로 성형하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엣지형 엘이디 디스플레이용 바텀 바의 제조방법.
