Abstract
Description
본 발명은 상기한 충전방법을 설치한 충전기도 함께 제공하고자 한다.
보다 구체적으로는 정류부로부터 공급된 전류를 출력전압조절부의 조절작동에 의하여 출력스위치부를 통하여 밧데리충전부(Bat)에 거치된 밧데리에 충전토록하고, 충전상태등을 표시부(LD1)로 출력하도록 하면서, 피충전밧데리의 전압을 검사하여 신호값이 기준으로 하는 최대충전허용전압(Vmax), 충전목표전압(Vf), 기본전압강하값(-ΔV), 만충전완료시간(T), 최대충전허용시간(Tmax)등의 밧데리만충전을 판단하는 기준값들과 매칭되는 경우 충전을 종료하도록 구성되는 니켈카드뮴 혹은 니켈수소등의 소형 밧데리충전장치에 있어서,
Claims (2)
- 정류부로부터 공급된 전류를 출력전압조절부의 조절작동에 의하여 출력스위치부를 통하여 밧데리충전부에 거치된 밧데리에 충전토록하며 육안표시부와 사운드표시부로 현재 충전상태를 표시하며, 피충전밧데리의 전압을 검사하여 신호값이 기준으로 하는 최대충전허용전압(Vmax), 충전목표전압(Vf), 기본전압강하값(-ΔV), 만충전완료시간(T), 최대충전허용시간(Tmax)등의 밧데리만충전을 판단하는 기준값들과 매칭되는 경우 충전을 종료하도록 구성되는 소형 충전 밧데리용 충전장치에 있어서,밧데리충전부에 거치된 피충전밧데리의 전압이 충전초기전압(Vi)인 동시에 충전목표전압(V0)보다 낮은 전압인 지를 검출하는 충전밧데리의 잔류전압측정단계,상기한 단계로 부터 피충전밧데리의 측정전압이 충전초기전압(Vi)보다 낮게 검출되거나 전압자체의 검출이 안되는 경우 밧데리 재생단계로 진행하며, 충전초기전압(Vi)과 충전목표전압(V0)의 사이로 전압이 검출된 경우 마이크로프로세서(Mic)에서 출력전압조절부에 펄스형태의 출력신호를 주어 출력스위치부(Q1)(Q2)를 통하여 전원을 밧데리충전부(Bat)에 공급하도록 하는 충전개시단계,상기한 충전개시단계에 의하여 충전밧데리의 전압이 증가함에 따라 충전중인 피충전밧데리에 일정시간의 주기(Ti)로 피충전밧데리의 현재 전압값을 측정하되, 측정되어온 측정전압변동값(Vd)이 변동기준전압값(N△V)보다 큰 값으로 n(n은 5 내지 15임)회 이상 측정시 마이크로프로세서에서 설정한 1디지트값(dt)만큼 변동기준전압값(N△V)을 상승시켜 기준전압값을 상승시켜주는 기준전압값 재설정단계,상기한 기준전압값 재설정단계를 진행하면서 계속 충전하면서 규정시간(Tspan)의 범위안에서 상기한 기준전압값 재설정단계가 2회이상 반복되는 경우 규정시간(Tspan)내에 측정된 기준전압값 재설정의 현재 설정시점(Tp)와 전시점(Tp-1)의 시간 차이만큼을 연산하여 그 측정된 시간차이값(Tdef)의 2 내지 6배수에 해당하는 시간을 충전 만료시간으로 설정하는 충전만료시간 설정단계,상기한 충전만료시간 설정단계에서 충전만료시간이 설정되었음에도 규정시간(Tspan)의 범위안에서 상기한 기준전압값 재설정단계가 2회이상 반복되는 경우 다시 현재 설정시점(Tp)와 전시점(Tp-1)의 시간 차이만큼을 연산하여 그 측정된 시간차이값(Tdef)의 3내지 6배수에 해당하는 시간을 충전 만료시간을 다시 설정하는 충전만료시간 재설정단계,최대충전허용시간(Tmax)의 20 내지 30%가 경과하면 밧데리충전부에서 측정되어오는 전압이 1.4V 보다 작은 경우에는 하기 식 Ⅰ을, 1.4V 보다 큰 경우에는 하기식 Ⅱ에 의하여 규정시간을 재설정하는 단계,상기한 충전만료시간의 재설정을 반복하며, 규정시간(Tspan)의 범위안에서 상기한 기준전압값 재설정단계가 2회 이상 반복되지 않으면 최종 설정된 충전만료시간이 경과하는 것을 비교연산하여 충전만료시간 경과시 충전을 종료하도록 출력스위치부에 대한 오프신호로 전원공급을 차단하는 동시에 육안식별부에 만충전완료신호를 출력토록 하는 충전완료단계로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형 충전밧데리용 충전기의 충전방법.식 Ⅰ)식 Ⅱ)(위 식에서STspan은 새로운 연산이 되기 전 기존에 설정된 표준규정시간이며,STspan1/2 은 3 내지 5 분의 범위이며, STspan1/4 1 내지 3분의 범위를 갖으며,T 는 남은 전체 충전시간, T1/2 는 남은 충전시간의 40 내지 60%의 시간,STspan1/2 는 STspan의 절반 값이다.)
- 외부교류전원을 충전가능한 전원으로 변압시켜 공급하는 변압부, 충전입출력제어와 표시부들에 대한 제어를 하는마이크로프로세서, 밧데리충전부 그리고 충전상태를 육안식별가능하게하는 표시부로 구성되는 소형 배터리 충전기에 있어서변압부(T1)의 양단부에 정류부(C0)를 배치하면서, 이 정류부와 연결되기 직전에 분지부(C)에 의하여 배압정류부(MC)로 연결토록 하며,상기한 배압정류부는 정방향다이오드(C2)와 역방향 다이오드(C3)로 연결되면서 정방향다이오드에는 콘덴서(C4)를 연결하여 공급된 전원을 정전압부(V2)에 의하여 마이크로프로세서(Mic)에 공급하며,상기한 마이크로프로세서의 출력포트(P1)에 의하여 출력스위치부(Q1)(Q2)과 표시부(LD1)의 온오프신호를 출력하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형충전 밧데리용 충전기.
