Claims (8)
- 라이소자임을 분비하는 서모모나스 종(Thermomonas sp.)의 균주를 하수슬러지에 처리하여 슬러지를 가용화시키는 것을 포함하는, 잉여슬러지의 양을 감소시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,균주 처리 전에 비이온성 계면활성제로 슬러지를 전처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 잉여슬러지의 양을 감소시키는 방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,균주 처리를 10℃ 내지 60℃의 온도에서 0.1 내지 4vvm(공기 부피/슬러지 부피· 분)의 속도로 공기를 공급하면서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 잉여슬러지의 양을 감소시키는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,균주 처리 전에 잉여슬러지를 고압 전처리 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 잉여슬러지의 양을 감소시키는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,고압 전처리는 0 초과 내지 30,000 psi의 압력에서 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 잉여슬러지의 양을 감소시키는 방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 및 제 5 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,서모모나스 종의 균주가 기탁번호 KCTC 11169BP로 기탁된 GSlyso-1 균주인 것을 특징으로 하는, 잉여슬러지의 양을 감소시키는 방법.
