Claims (3)
- 공원지역으로 다수개의 조명등(3)과 발광다이오드 패널(5a)이 구비되는 다수개의 방향표지(5)가 설치되고,상기 공원지역의 일측에는 소정의 높이를 가지고 지면에 설치되고 외면에는 태양광 모듈(40)이 장착되는 지지대(21)와, 상기 지지대(21)의 상부에 장착되고 빗물이 저장되는 저장탱크(22)와, 상기 저장탱크(22)에서 배수되는 빗물이 이동시키고 경사지게 장착되는 인공수로(23)와, 상기 지지대(21)의 하부에 위치한 인공수로(23)에 장착되고 상기 저장탱크(22)에서 낙하하는 빗물을 이용해서 회전작동하는 수차(24)와, 상기 인공수로(23)를 거쳐 전달되는 빗물을 저장하고 지면에 매설되는 보관탱크(26)와, 상기 보관탱크(26)에 전달되는 빗물을 파이프(28)를 이용해서 저장탱크(22)에 전달하는 펌핑장치(27)로 이루어진 작동수단(20)이 구성되며,상기 작동수단(20)의 일측에는 상기 작동수단(20)에 장착되는 수차(24)와 태양광 모듈(40)을 통해 얻어지는 회전력과 태양광 에너지를 이용해서 전기를 발생시키는 발전부(31)와, 상기 발전부(31)에서 전달되는 전기를 공급받아 저장하는 충진부(32)와, 상기 충진부(32)에서 전달되는 신호와 상기 지지대(21)에 장착되는 빛 감지센서(50)를 통해 전달되는 신호를 전달받아 상기 조명등(3) 및 방향표지(5)에 전원의 공급 여부를 조절하는 제어부(33)로 이루어진 제어수단(30)이 장착된 것을 포함하여 이루어진 신도시 공원지역의 빗물을 이용한 조명장치에 있어서,상기 저장탱크(22)의 외면에 상호나 상품을 홍보할 수 있도록 표시부(22a)가 형성되고, 상기 인공수로(23)는 일측 끝단의 양측에 경사판(23b)이 장착되고 반대 측에는 수차(23c)가 장착되는 다수개의 수로(23a)를 단차지게 연결결합하여 형성되며, 도중에는 모래, 자갈, 숯이 순차적으로 구성되는 다수개의 정화장치(25)가 장착되며,상기 작동수단(20)을 구성하는 지지대(21)의 양측 끝단에는 상기 태양광 모듈을 보호할 수 있도록 보호케이스(60)가 장착되되, 상기 보호케이스(60)는 일측과 하부가 개방되고 내부에는 수용공간(62)이 형성되는 케이스(61)와, 상기 지지대(21)에 케이스(61)의 일측 끝단을 고정시키는 힌지(63)와, 상기 힌지(63)와 결합된 케이스(61)의 반대 방향에 위치하고 일측이 케이스(61)와 지지대(21)에 각각 결합되는 유·공압실린더(64)를 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 신도시 공원지역의 빗물을 이용한 조명장치.
