- 처리대상수가 내부로 유입되어 일정시간 동안 체류한 후 유출되는 본체와;상기 본체에 설치된 결속용 소켓에 양단이 각각 결합되어 상기 처리대상수에 잠기도록 상기 본체의 내부에 수평하게 설치되며, 상기 처리대상수로 자외선 광을 조사하는 자외선 램프가 내부에 수용된 석영관과;상기 본체의 내측면에 형성되어 상기 자외선램프로부터 조사되는 자외선 광에 의해 광활성화되는 제 1광촉매 코팅층과;상기 석영관에 다수가 일정 간격으로 설치되며 상기 석영관의 외주면과 접촉된 채 이동수단에 의해 상기 석영관의 길이방향을 따라 왕복 이동하면서 상기 석영관의 외주면에 부착된 이물질을 제거하기 위한 세척모듈들;을 구비하고,상기 각 세척모듈은 상기 이동수단과 연결되며 내부에 형성된 수용공간을 관통하는 관통공이 마련된 프레임과, 상기 프레임의 수용공간에 설치되는 하우징과, 상기 하우징에 형성된 장착홀에 장착되며 상기 프레임의 관통공을 관통한 석영관이 삽입되는 삽입홀이 마련되고 상기 삽입홀로 삽입된 석영관과 접촉하는 접촉날이 내주면에 형성된 세척링과, 상기 하우징에 설치되어 상기 세척링을 상기 석영관의 방향으로 가압시키는 탄성부재를 구비하고,상기 이동수단은 상기 본체의 내부에 설치되며 상기 석영관과 나란하게 형성된 가이드바와, 상기 가이드바를 따라 왕복이동하며 상기 세척모듈들 간의 이격 거리만큼 상호 이격되어 다수가 상기 가이드바에 설치되는 이동링들과, 상기 이동링과 상기 프레임을 상호 연결하는 연결바와, 상기 본체의 상부에 슬라이딩 이동가능하도록 지지되며 상기 이동링들을 일체로 연결하는 이동플레이트와, 상기 이동플레이트의 상부에 설치된 랙과, 상기 랙과 치합하며 상기 상판에 설치된 모터의 구동축에 결합되어 상기 이동링들의 간격만큼 상기 랙을 좌우로 왕복이동시키는 피니언 기어를 구비하고,상기 본체는 상부에 손잡이가 마련되며 저면에 상기 자외선램프에서 조사된 자외선 광을 상기 본체의 내측으로 반사시키는 반사부가 형성된 장방형의 상판과, 상기 상판의 양측 가장자리에서 하방으로 수직하게 형성되어 서로 마주하며 내측면에 상기 결속용 소켓이 각각 결합된 제 1 및 제 2지지대를 구비하고,상기 본체를 상기 처리대상수가 흐르는 수로에 설치시 상기 처리대상수가 상기 제 1 및 제 2지지대 사이에서 설정된 수위를 유지할 수 있도록 수위를 조절하는 수위조절부;를 더 구비하고,상기 수위조절부는 상기 본체가 상부에 설치되고 상기 자외선램프로부터 조사되는 자외선 광에 의해 광활성화되는 제 2광촉매 코팅층이 상면에 형성되며 상기 수로의 바닥에 안착되는 베이스패널과, 상기 베이스패널의 일측에 수직하게 형성된 지주와, 상기 수로를 가로지르도록 상기 지주에 설치되며 상기 본체에서 유출되는 처리대상수를 가로막아 상단으로 월류시키는 위어를 구비하고,상기 위어는 높낮이를 조절할 수 있도록 상기 지주에 탈부착이 가능하게 결합되며 다수가 상하로 배치된 가로패널로 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 구동식 세척모듈을 갖는 고급산화살균장치.
