Claims (5)
- 광촉매필터모듈을 가지는 공기청정기에 있어서,상기 공기청정기는,오염공기를 흡입하는 흡입구(110); 상기 흡입구(110)를 통해 흡입된 공기의 먼지를 제거하는 프리필터(120); 상기 공기의 냄새와 유해물질을 제거하도록 복합탈취 및 항균필터, 입상활성탄필터, 광촉매코팅 카본필터로 구성되는 탈취필터(130); 상기 공기의 세균과 냄새를 분해 제거하기 위하여 플라즈마램프(141)의 둘레에 Col-gate 또는 허니콤 구조 형상의 광촉매필터(142)가 결합되는 광촉매필터모듈(140); 상기 공기의 세균과 냄새를 최종적으로 제거하는 광촉매코팅 카본필터와 상온촉매필터로 구성되는 흡착필터(150); 상기 흡입구(110)에 공기를 흡입하는 송풍팬(160); 및 상기 살균 정화된 공기가 토출되는 토출구(170)를 포함하여 이루어지되,상기 공기청정기를 이루는 구성들은, 케이싱의 상측에 흡입구(110)가 구비되고 상기 흡입구(110)의 하측에 상기 흡입구(110)의 면적에 대응되는 면적으로 프리필터(120)가 구비되며, 상기 프리필터(120)의 하측에 송풍팬(160)이 구비되고 상기 송풍팬(160)의 하측에 상하방향으로 광촉매필터모듈(140)이 구비되며, 상기 광촉매필터(140)의 일측에 탈취필터(130)와 흡착필터(150)가 구비되고, 케이싱의 양측과 하측에 토출구(170)가 구비되는 구조로 이루어지며,상기 광촉매필터(142)는,상기 플라즈마램프(141)를 감싸는 스페이서(143)들의 외부 둘레에 튜브 형상으로 위치되어 그 내주면과 상기 플라즈마램프(141)의 둘레 사이에 살균공간을 형성하는 Col-gate 또는 허니콤 구조의 일정한 높이를 가지는 격자패드(142a)와; 상기 격자패드(142a)에 코팅되는 광촉매제를 포함하고,상기 스페이서(143)들 사이에는 보강리브들이 구비되며,상기 스페이서(143)들은 상기 플라즈마램프(141)의 둘레에 밀착되도록 오므리거나 벌릴 수 있도록 되어 있고,상기 광촉매필터모듈(140)의 전/후단에 Col-gate 또는 허니콤 구조의 일정한 높이를 가지는 광촉매필터가 격자 형상으로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광촉매필터모듈을 가지는 공기청정기.
