Claims (12)
- 리페어 라인이 형성된 어레이 기판;상기 어레이 기판에 소정 간격 이격되면서 상부에 설치되고 리페어 라인이 형성된 컬러필터 기판; 및상기 어레이 기판의 리페어 라인과 컬러필터 기판의 리페어 라인을 전기적으로 연결시키는 도전성의 포스트 스페이서를 구비하고,상기 컬러필터 기판에 형성된 리페어 라인은 상기 어레이 기판의 데이터 라인에 대응하고 상기 컬러필터 기판상의 블랙 매트릭스선상에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 포스트 스페이서가 위치한 부위에는 배향막을 형성하지 않고, 액티브 영역주위에만 배향막을 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 어레이 기판 및 컬러필터 기판에 형성된 리페어 라인은 데이터 패드 블록별로 묶여있되, 데이터 패드 반대쪽의 리페어 라인은 각각 분리된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 데이터 패드에서 상기 포스트 스페이서는 좌측 또는 우측에 각각 하나씩 형성되고, 상기 데이터 패드의 반대쪽에는 데이터 라인당 하나씩 상기 포스트 스페이서가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 어레이 기판의 데이터 패드부는 패드 블록별 구분없이 한 라인으로 하고 데이터 패드 반대부에는 라인별로 리페어 라인을 형성시킨 후 상기 포스트 스페이서를 이용하여 상기 어레이 기판과 컬러필터 기판의 리페어 라인을 전기적으로 연결시키고,상기 컬러필터 기판의 데이터 패드부 및 데이터 패드 반대부는 모두 데이터 패드 블록별로 리페어 라인을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 데이터 라인이 형성된 어레이 기판;상기 어레이 기판에 소정 간격 이격되면서 상부에 설치되고 리페어 라인이 형성된 컬러필터 기판; 및상기 어레이 기판의 데이터 라인과 컬러필터 기판의 리페어 라인을 전기적으로 연결시키는 도전성의 포스트 스페이서를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 포스트 스페이서를 상기 어레이 기판상에 형성한 후에 상기 어레이 기판과 컬러필터 기판을 압착한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 포스트 스페이서를 상기 컬러필터 기판상에 형성한 후에 상기 어레이 기판과 컬러필터 기판을 압착한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 컬러필터 기판 및 그 컬러필터 기판상에 형성된 리페어 라인 사이에 절연층을 추가로 형성시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 컬러필터 기판에 형성된 리페어 라인은 상기 어레이 기판의 데이터 라인에 대응하고 상기 컬러필터 기판상의 블랙 매트릭스선상에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 어레이 기판에 리페어 라인과 데이터 라인을 형성하는 제1과정;컬러필터 기판상에 블랙매트릭스를 형성하고, 상기 블랙매트릭스선상에 상기 어레이 기판의 데이터 라인에 대응하는 리페어 라인을 형성하는 제2과정; 및상기 어레이 기판과 컬러필터 기판을 상호 압착하되, 상기 어레이 기판과 상기 컬러필터 기판의 리페어 라인 사이에 도전성의 포스트 스페이서를 배치하는 제 3과정;을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
- 어레이 기판상에 데이터 라인을 형성하는 제1배치과정;컬러필터 기판상에 리페어 라인을 형성하는 제2배치과정;상기 어레이 기판과 컬러필터 기판을 상호 압착하되, 상기 어레이 기판의 데이터 라인과 상기 컬러필터 기판의 리페어 라인 사이에 도전성의 포스트 스페이서를 배치하는 제3배치과정;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조방법.
