- 태양광을 이용하여 전기를 생산하는 태양전지 판과;상기 태양전지 판에서 생산한 전기를 충전해두는 축전지와;상기 축전지에 충전된 전기를 이용하여 불을 밝히는 전등부와;센서와 연결되어 상기 전등부의 점등과 소등을 조절하는 점멸기와;상기 축전지에 저장된 직류 전기를 상기 전등부에서 사용가능한 교류 전기로 변환하는 인버터와;상기 축전지의 충전을 조절하는 제어부; 및상기 제어부의 전단에 위치하고 상기 축전지의 과방전을 막기 위해 상기 인버터가 전원을 차단하는 경우 일정 시간 이후에 회로가 연결되는 타이머 기능을 갖는 안전회로를 포함하며,상기 센서는 밝기를 감지하는 광센서이고, 직류전원으로 구동되어 상기 축전지로부터 직접 전원을 공급받는 것을 특징으로 하는 태양광 발전 가로등.
