Claims (13)
- 광학필름의 프리즘 형상의 제어방법에 있어서,고분자 수지를 필름상으로 용융압출하는 단계;상기 압출된 필름을 경화 전에 일 표면을 프리즘 형상으로 성형하되, 프리즘 꼭지점의 샤프니스가 향상되도록 상기 프리즘의 빗변의 형상이 프리즘의 내측으로 곡률 형태가 형성되도록 성형하고, 용융압출된 필름이 인각패턴의 말단부까지 인입될 수 있도록 상기 고분자수지의 MI를 50 내지 90으로 유지하여 성형하는 단계; 및상기 프리즘 형상이 발현된 필름을 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 광학필름의 프리즘 형상의 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 성형단계에서 프리즘 형상을 발현하는 패턴롤의 표면온도는 상기 고분자 수지의 Tg의 ±20℃인 제어방법.
- 광학필름의 프리즘 형상의 제어방법에 있어서,고분자 수지를 필름상으로 용융압출하는 단계;상기 압출된 필름을 경화 전에 일 표면을 프리즘 형상으로 성형하되, 프리즘 꼭지점의 샤프니스가 향상되도록 상기 프리즘의 빗변의 형상이 프리즘의 내측으로 곡률 형태가 형성되도록 성형하고, 프리즘 형상을 발현하는 패턴롤의 표면온도는 상기 고분자 수지의 Tg의 ±20℃되도록 성형하는 단계; 및상기 프리즘 형상이 발현된 필름을 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 광학필름의 프리즘 형상의 제어방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 곡률은 프리즘의 꼭지점과 밑변의 끝단을 서로 직선으로 연결하여 형성된 삼각형의 반분 면적(Fs)과 상기 꼭지점과 끝단에 곡률로 연결하여 형성된 삼각형의 반분 면적(Rs)의 비(Rs/Fs)가 0.01 내지 10%인 제어방법.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 Rs/Fs가 2 내지 4%인 제어방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 냉각단계는 급냉하되, 4 내지 20℃의 냉각공기로 이루어지는 제어방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 냉각단계는 급냉하되, 4 내지 20℃의 냉각공기로 이루어지는 제어방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 내측으로 곡률이 형성된 빗변은 냉각과정에서 스웰링되어 직선형으로 변형되는 제어방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 빗변의 꼭지점으로부터 밑변까지 약 20 내지 40% 구간에서 곡률이 가장 큰 것인 제어방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 고분자 수지는 코폴리에스테르와 폴리카보네이트의 블랜드 또는 조성물로서 코폴리에스테르 10 내지 90중량% 및 폴리카보네이트 10 내지 90중량%를 포함하는 제어방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 필름은 메틸메타크릴레이트, 에틸메타크릴레이트, 이소부틸메타크릴레이트, 노말부틸메타크릴레이트, 노말부틸메틸메타크릴레이트, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 히드록시에틸메타크릴레이트, 히드록시프로필메타크릴레이트, 히드록시에틸아크릴레이트, 아크릴아미드, 메타롤아크릴아미드, 글리시딜메타크릴레이트, 에틸아크릴레이트, 이소부틸아크릴레이트, 노말부틸아크릴레이트 및 2-에틸헥실아크릴레 이트에서 선택된 단량체의 단독중합체, 공중합체 또는 삼원공중합체, 폴리에틸렌, 폴리스티렌, 폴리프로필렌, 아크릴과 올레핀계의 공중합체로 만든 비드 및 실리콘계 구형입자로 이루어진 군에서 1 이상 선택된 광확산 입자를 더 포함하는 제어방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한항에 의한 제어방법을 통하여 제조된 광학필름.
