Claims (6)
- 상부 기판 상에 격자 구조로 배치되어 있는 제 1 블랙 매트릭스;상기 제 1 블랙 매트릭스 상에 횡축 방향으로 레드 컬러 필터층, 그린 컬러 필터층, 블루 컬러 필터층이 교대로 배치되어 있고, 종축 방향으로도 레드 컬러 필터층, 그린 컬러 필터층, 블루 컬러 필터층이 교대로 배치된 컬러 필터 기판;하부 기판 상에 매트릭스 형태로 교차 배열된 데이터 버스 라인과 게이트 버스 라인, 및 화소 전극들로 구성된 어레이 기판; 및상기 컬러 필터 기판과 어레이 기판 사이에 충진된 액정층을 포함하고,상기 컬러 필터 기판의 가장자리 둘레를 따라 확장 형성되어 있는 제 2 블랙 매트릭스가 상기 컬러 필터층과 이격되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 컬러 필터 기판의 컬러 필터층은 횡축과 종축 방향으로 각각 서로 다른 컬러 필터층이 교대로 나타나는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 컬러 필터 기판의 가장자리 둘레를 따라 확장 형성되어 있는 제 2 블랙 매트릭스는 그 폭을 액티브 영역과 오버랩 되지 않도록 줄일 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 상부 기판 상에 격자 구조로 배치되어 있는 제 1 블랙 매트릭스;상기 제 1 블랙 매트릭스 상에 횡축 방향으로 레드 컬러 필터층, 그린 컬러 필터층, 블루 컬러 필터층이 교대로 배치되어 있고, 다수개의 종축 방향으로도 레드 컬러 필터층, 그린 컬러 필터층, 블루 컬러 필터층이 동일하게 반복되도록 배치되어 있는 컬러 필터 기판;하부 기판 상에 매트릭스 형태로 교차 배열된 데이터 버스 라인과 게이트 버스 라인 및 화소 전극들로 구성된 어레이 기판; 및상기 컬러 필터 기판과 어레이 기판 사이에 충진된 액정층을 포함하고,상기 컬러 필터 기판의 가장자리 둘레를 따라 확장 형성되어 있는 제 2 블랙 매트릭스가 상기 컬러 필터층과 이격되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 컬러 필터 기판 상에 종축 방향으로 동일하게 반복되는 레드 컬러 필터층, 그린 컬러 필터층, 블루 컬러 필터층은 2~3개 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 컬러 필터 기판 상에 종축 방향으로 레드 컬러 필터층, 그린 컬러 필터층, 블루 컬러 필터층 2~3개를 단위로 서로 다른 컬러 필터층이 반복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
