Claims (6)
- 액정 표시 장치의 TFT 기판을 제조함에 있어서,상기 기판 상의 보호막 상의 화소 영역에 스크린 마스크를 이용하여 원하는 요철 패턴을 인쇄하는 단계;상기 요철 패턴을 열처리하는 단계; 및상기 요철 패턴 상에 금속막을 증착하는 단계;를 포함하고,상기 스크린 마스크는 원하는 요철 패턴과 대응되어 홀 패턴을 가지며, 상기 홀은 망사로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치의 반사면 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 보호막은 SiNx 또는 아크릴 재질을 적용한 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치의 반사면 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 요철 패턴은 유기 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치의 반사면 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 요철 패턴을 인쇄하는 단계는, 스크린 마스크를 보호막 상에 놓고, 상기 스크린 마스크 상에 요철재를 도포하고, 스퀴즈를 이용하여 상기 요철재를 쓸어내리고, 상기 스크린 마스크를 제거하는 과정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치의 반사면 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 열처리는 요철 패턴을 연화시키는 과정과 상기 요철 패턴을 경화시키는 과정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정 표시 장치의 반사면 제조 방법.
