Claims (14)
- 기판 상에 각각 소정 간격을 두고 복수개 형성된 와이어 그리드; 및상기 와이어 그리드를 포함한 기판 상에 굴절율 이방성을 갖는 물질을 포함하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치용 복합 광학 소자.
- 기판 상에 각각 소정 간격을 두고 복수개 형성된 와이어 그리드; 및상기 와이어 그리드 사이사이에 형성된 마이크로 렌즈를 포함하는 마이크로 렌즈 어레이를 포함하여 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 표시 장치용 복합 광학 기능 소자.
