Claims (6)
- 버너의 연소시 발생하는 연소 현열을 흡수하는 현열교환기와, 상기 현열교환기에서 열교환을 마친 연소가스에 포함된 수증기의 잠열을 흡수하는 잠열교환기로 이루어진 콘덴싱보일러의 열교환기 구조에 있어서,연소실 벽면을 따라 형성된 유로를 통해 난방수가 연소실 벽면 전체에 직접 접촉되어 유동됨으로써 연소실을 냉각시키도록 구성된 연소실냉각유로를 포함하되, 상기 연소실냉각유로는 연소실 외벽을 둘러싸는 복수의 공간부로 이루어지고, 상기 복수의 공간부 사이는 엘보파이프로 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴싱보일러의 열교환기 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연소실냉각유로는 상기 잠열교환기의 열교환유로 및 상기 현열교환기의 열교환유로와 단일유로로 연결형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴싱보일러의 열교환기 구조.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 잠열교환기의 열교환유로로 유입된 난방수는 상기 연소실냉각유로 및 현열교환기의 열교환유로 내부를 순차 통과한 후 난방이 소요되는 장소로 이송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴싱보일러의 열교환기 구조.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 복수의 공간부는, 연소실을 둘러싸는 제1,제2,제3,제4연소실내측판과 각각의 연소실내측판의 외측 공간을 밀폐하는 제1,제2,제3,제4연소실외측판과의 사이에 형성되는 제1,2,3,4연소실냉각유로로 이루어지고; 상기 잠열교환기의 난방수출구는 상기 제1연소실냉각유로와 연결되며; 상기 제4연소실냉각유로는 상기 현열교환기의 난방수입구와 연결된 것;을 특징으로 하는 콘덴싱보일러의 열교환기 구조.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 연소실외측판은 합성수지재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 콘덴싱보일러의 열교환기 구조.
