Description

솔벤트 잉크용 고광택 현수막 원단 및 그 제조 방법{woven fabrics for transfer-print and manufacturing method of it}Woven fabrics for transfer-print and manufacturing method of it

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a fabric for banners having excellent visibility characteristics, and more particularly, to a high gloss banner fabric for solvent ink, which has high surface gloss and has excellent visibility printing and excellent tensile or tear strength. It relates to a manufacturing method.

An ink jet printer is a type of ink jet printer in which ink is ejected through a nozzle of a cartridge to form fine ink spots to match a shape of a character, a figure, an image, or the like to be printed on a printing paper.

The ink used in such an inkjet printer is composed of ink pigment, which is a color representing a color, and a solvent that liquefies the pigment to form a solution. Depending on the nature of the solvent, water-based ink and solvent ink (Solvent) Based Ink).

However, the above-mentioned aqueous ink has been severely affected by natural phenomena such as ultraviolet light, wind, rain, snow, etc., which raises a problem that it is not suitable for inkjet printer ink, and recently, solvent ink is mainly used.

In recent years, due to the technical improvement of inkjet printers, banners are printed by using real-time solvent ink on fabrics as temporary advertising media or indoor interiors.

As an example, Korean Patent Nos. 10-0651634 and 10-0716311 provide a method for manufacturing a fabric suitable for solvent ink, but the above-described pre-registrations are intended to have the same effect as double-sided printing in one printing. In order to increase the fiber penetration rate and fixation rate of the ink, in order to increase the fiber penetration rate, the glossiness is inevitably lowered, so that the color development and visibility are remarkably degraded and the durability is weakened. In use, there is a disadvantage that can cause secondary contamination due to the dropping off of silica.

The present invention is to solve the problems of the prior art as described above to provide a high gloss banner fabric for solvent ink and a method of manufacturing the same to have excellent glossiness and excellent real-life printability.

In another aspect, the present invention is to provide a high gloss banner fabric for solvent ink and a method of manufacturing the same, which is excellent in tearing or tensile strength.

A feature of the present invention for achieving the above object is a fabric base sheet, a fabric for a banner to form an ink absorbing layer excellent in the adhesive layer and printability on the base sheet and a manufacturing method thereof.

The fabric for banners according to the present invention has a high visibility due to high gloss, and is composed of a vinyl chloride resin composition having excellent printability and weatherability while constructing a base sheet as a fabric, and thus, when applied to live-print printing or the like, as it appears in a computer. Printing is possible, of course, the effect is excellent in strength.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.

As shown in FIG. 1, the banner fabric having excellent glossiness according to the present invention forms an adhesive layer 20 and an ink absorbing layer 30 on the upper surface of the base sheet 10.

And as shown in FIG. 2, the adhesive layer 40 may further be formed in the bottom face of the said fabric for banners, The flameproof layer 50 may be formed, as shown in FIG. Likewise, the flame retardant layer 50 and the flame retardant adhesive layer 60 may be further formed.

As shown in FIG. 5, the adhesive layer 20 and the ink absorbing layer 30 may be formed on both surfaces of the base sheet 10, and the adhesive layer 20 may be formed on one surface of the base sheet 10 as shown in FIG. 1. And the two fabrics for the banner film on which the ink absorbing layer 30 is formed may be laminated with an adhesive to obtain the same effect as forming the adhesive layer 20 and the ink absorbing layer 30 on both surfaces.

And, looking at the manufacturing method of the fabric for the banner, the first step of forming an adhesive layer by coating the adhesive on the base sheet; Forming an ink absorbing layer on the adhesive layer.

In the above, the base sheet 10 constitutes the bottom layer of the lowermost part of the fabric for the banner according to the present invention, and a conventional fabric used for manufacturing a conventional banner may be used.

The adhesive layer 20 serves to bond and fix the ink absorbing layer and the base sheet, and may be formed to a thickness of 10 to 100 μm. When the adhesive layer 20 is formed to be less than 10㎛, there may be a problem that does not sufficiently fix the components including the ink absorbing layer 30 is fixed thereon, on the contrary if the adhesive exceeds 100㎛ Due to the increase in the thickness of the layer 20, there may be a problem in that the thickness of the entire banner fabric becomes thick and the physical properties deteriorate.

In addition, the adhesive layer 20 is 20-40% by weight of water, polyester resin, aqueous polyurethane resin, ethylene vinyl acetate resin, aqueous acrylic resin, polyvinyl alcohol resin selected from the group consisting of two or more The aqueous adhesive is composed of 40 to 70% by weight based on the total weight, fat sugar (TiO 2 ) is composed of 4-20% by weight, 2-10% by weight based on the total weight of silica, 0.01-5% by weight of the brightener.

When the adhesive is added below 40% by weight, the ink absorbing layer may not be firmly fixed, and the color may be degraded while the ink is absorbed into the base sheet. The problem is that the surface is not smooth.

In addition, 4-20% by weight of the sugar is suitable, and the purpose is to improve the front color development by preventing the transmission of light while increasing the hiding power. When applied to less than 4 parts by weight lack of hiding power is insufficient in the entire color development, when applied over 20 parts by weight there is a problem that the adhesive strength is insufficient due to the excessive inorganic content.

Silica has a particle size of 2 ~ 10㎛, oil absorption 100 ~ 350cc / 100g is used.

Examples of the structure of the adhesive layer may be composed of 30 parts by weight of water, 60 parts by weight of adhesive, 4.9 parts by weight per branch, 5 parts by weight of silica, and 0.1 parts by weight of brightener.

By applying the water-based adhesive layer in this way, the surface of the fabric is smoothed, and when the ink absorbing layer is applied, it becomes smoother. In addition, since printing with the solvent ink, the ink passing through the ink absorption layer does not penetrate into the adhesive layer has an advantage of excellent color development. Since the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the adhesive is low, it gives a soft texture when applied and gives a soft texture even after the ink absorption layer is applied, so that whitening or cracking occurs when the fabric is wrinkled.

Then, on the adhesive layer 20, the ink absorbing layer 30, which is a surface layer, is formed in order to maximize live printing.

The ink absorbing layer is a layer which is formed to increase the actual printability when a pattern is printed on the surface by a solvent ink actual printing method, and has a thickness of 10 to 100 µm. When the ink absorption layer 30 is formed to have a thickness less than 10 μm, there is a problem in that printability and scratch resistance are insufficient. On the contrary, when the ink absorption layer 30 has a thickness of more than 100 μm, the thickness of the fabric may be thick, resulting in a decrease in physical properties. have.

The resin constituting the ink absorbing layer 30 is formed by mixing one or two or more selected from polyvinyl chloride resin (vinyl chloride resin), polyurethane resin, acrylic resin, epoxy resin, and polyester resin.

It is possible to form a coating composition for forming an ink absorbing layer, including an additive for improving printability and weather resistance, 40-80 parts by weight of plasticizer, 1-10 parts by weight, based on 100 parts by weight of the resin composition for ink absorbing layer, It may comprise 1-10 parts by weight of oil. When the plasticizer is 40 parts by weight or less, the fabric texture becomes hard and whitening is severe, and a smooth surface cannot be obtained during coating. If more than 80 parts by weight is added, the fabric is too soft, the durability is significantly reduced, and scratch resistance is insufficient. Lactose is less than 1 part by weight, the hiding power is insufficient, the lighting is excellent, but the image is blurred due to excessive transmission of light when not illuminated. When it adds 10 weight part or more, hiding power becomes too high and wear resistance falls. When the oil is added 1 part by weight or less, the color development is not improved, there is a disadvantage that the scratch resistance, whitening phenomenon is insufficient. If more than 10 parts by weight is added, a slippery texture is generated, which not only causes discomfort when touching the fabric, but also causes oil contamination.

In addition, the ink absorbing layer 30 preferably has high weather resistance, and for this purpose, conventional UV absorbers, antioxidants, and heat stabilizers may be used.

UV absorbers include phenyl salicylates (absorbers), benzophenone (absorbers), benzotriazole (absorbers), nickel derivatives (Quench-ers), radical scavengers, etc. There may be used a benzotriazole type. The ultraviolet absorber may be used in an amount of 0.5 to 5 parts by weight based on 100 weights of the coating composition for forming an ink absorbing layer.

The heat stabilizer is Cd / Ba / Zn-based, Cd / Ba-based, Ba / Zn-based, Ca / Zn-based, Na / Za-based, Sn-based, Pb-based, Cd-based, Zn-based, currently the main thermal stabilizer of PVC Lead stabilizers, metal stabilizers such as Ba-Cd, Ca-Zn, and Ba-Zn, and orgnotin stabilizers are used. It can be used in an amount in the range of 1 to 10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the coating composition for forming an ink absorbing layer. When the heat stabilizer is used in less than 1 part by weight, the effect of the heat stabilizer may be weak, and on the contrary, if it exceeds 10 parts by weight, compatibility with the resin may be difficult.

Antioxidants include phenolic, amine based, sulfur based and phosphorus based and phenolic antioxidants are usually used. Antioxidant may be used in the range of 0.1 to 5 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the coating composition for forming an ink absorbing layer.

In the embodiment of the ink absorbing layer 30, the mixture is stirred by mixing 100 parts by weight of polyvinyl chloride (PVC) resin, 70 parts by weight of plasticizer, and then 5 parts by weight, 3 parts by weight of heat stabilizer, 6 parts by weight of oil, and oxidation. 0.5 parts by weight of the inhibitor, 0.5 parts by weight of the ultraviolet absorber can be prepared by coating a coating for the ink absorbing layer prepared by high-speed stirring on the adhesive layer, it has the advantage that it can be produced in one process.

In general, the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer may be used alone or in combination with an oily acrylic copolymer and an aqueous acrylic emulsion copolymer. Glass transition temperature (Tg) can be used as -30 degreeC--70 degreeC. If the coating amount is 10 ~ 100㎛, if less than 10㎛ adhesive strength is weak due to the adhesive function, if more than 100㎛ the cohesive strength of the adhesive is weakened, the adhesive is transferred to the adherend to cause contamination of the adherend.

A flame retardant layer is generally mixed with a resin and a flame retardant, polyurethane resin, polyvinyl chloride resin, acrylic resin, etc. are used singly or mixed in the resin, the flame retardant may be used alone or mixed flame retardant, inorganic flame retardant. Resin is 10 to 40% by weight, flame retardant is 10 to 40% by weight, 15-40% by weight solvent used in combination or mixed with MEK (Methyl Ethyl Ketone), toluene, acetone, DMF (dimethylformamide) and methanol Is 0.1-10% by weight of an isocyanate-based curing agent, an epoxy-based curing agent, or a melamine-based curing agent alternatively, 0.1-5% by weight of a silicone leveling agent or a polymer leveling agent, a silicone antifoaming agent or a non-silicone antifoaming agent 0.1-5% by weight do.

The flameproof layer comprised in this way should form the coating layer of 10 micrometers-100 micrometers. If the thickness is less than 10㎛, the flame retardant performance is significantly lowered, and the flame retardant is not prevented. If the thickness is more than 100㎛, the adhesive strength with the substrate is lowered and the thickness of the product is increased, resulting in deterioration of product properties.

The coating method may be a knife coating, a dipping coating method or a comma coating method.
