- 에너지 하베스터의 캔틸레버로서,휘어짐 가능한 기판; 및상기 기판 상에 위치하며, [110] 방향으로 배열 및 분극되어 상기 캔틸레버의 길이방향에 평행한 <100> 방향의 압전상수 d31이 상기 캔틸레버의 수직방향에 평행한 <0-11> 방향의 압전상수 d33보다 큰 압전 단결정층을 포함하는, 에너지 하베스터의 캔틸레버.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 압전 단결정층은 Pb(Zn2/3Nb1/3)O3-PbTiO3(PZN-PT) 또는 Pb(Mg2/3Nb1/3)O3-PbTiO3(PMN-PT)인, 에너지 하베스터의 캔틸레버.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 압전 단결정층은 3방정(Rhombohedral)구조를 갖는, 에너지 하베스터의 캔틸레버.
