Abstract
Description
여기서, 상기 홈부(13-1)는 탄성링(110)이 끼워지는 공간이 위쪽은 좁고 아래쪽은 넓게 형성된다.
상기와 같은 구성에 따르면, 차단판(20)이 회전하여 수직으로 세워지게 되면 상기 접촉부(13-2)가 밀리게 되고, 따라서 상기 제2 링부(130)가 압축됨과 동시에 상기 홈부(13-1)의 아래쪽이 밀리면서 공간이 좁아져 상기 제1 링부(110)를 압축하여 상기 배출구(12-1)를 페쇄하게 된다.
Claims (2)
- 관로 사이에 설치되는 원통형 본체의 내면을 따라 링 형태로 돌출되는 시트(11), 상기 시트(11)의 단부에 결합되는 디스크(12), 상기 시트(11)와 디스크(12) 사이에 결합되는 탄성 시트(13) 및 상기 본체에 축 결합된 상태로 회전하면서 본체를 개폐하는 차단판(20)의 테두리에 결합되며 상기 탄성 시트(13)와 접촉하는 시트 링(21)이 구성된 버터플라이 밸브에 있어서,상기 시트(11)에는 단턱(11-1)이 형성되고,상기 단턱(11-1)에 수용되는 것으로서 위쪽은 좁고 아래쪽은 넓게 형성되어 탄성 링(100)이 끼워지는 공간이 형성되는 홈부(13-1)가 구비되는 한편, 상기 홈부(13-1)로부터 시트 링(21)과 밀착되도록 벌어지는 접촉부(13-2)가 형성된 탄성 시트(13)가 구비되어,상기 탄성 시트(13)가 상기 홈부(13-1)의 위쪽은 단턱(11-1)의 내측 벽면에 접하지 않고 아래쪽은 단턱(11-1)의 내측 벽면에 접하게 설치되되,상기 탄성 링(100)은 원형의 제1, 2 링부(110)(130)와, 상기 제1,2 링부(110)(130)를 연결하는 판형의 연결부(120)로 구성되어,상기 제1 링부(110)가 상기 탄성 시트(13)의 홈부(13-1)에서 유체가 배출되는 배출구(12-1) 전방에 배치되게 수용되고, 제2 링부(120)가 상기 탄성 시트(13)의 접촉부(13-2)와 상기 디스크(12) 사이에 끼워져서,상기 차단판(20)의 회전에 따라 상기 접촉부(13-2)가 밀려 상기 제2 링부(130)를 압축하는 한편, 상기 홈부(13-1)의 아래쪽이 밀리면서 공간이 좁아져 상기 제1 링부(110)를 압축하여 상기 배출구(12-1)를 페쇄하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 밀폐 기능이 향상된 버터플라이 밸브.
