Scattering dust or harmful substances generated during work in the industrial field are representative factors that damage the health of workers. Inhalation of scattering dust or harmful substances over a long period of time causes fatal diseases in the cardiopulmonary system of the human body. Dust collectors are used to efficiently remove these scattering dust and harmful substances.

2 is a dust collecting device known as a cyclone (Cyclone) type. Shown in FIG. 3 is a Dynawave Jet Scrubber 50. Air containing dust is introduced through the
The
The present invention is to solve the above problems, the object of the present invention is the simple structure and easy to install in a narrow space, because the use of water as the washing water is unnecessary after-treatment facilities and low installation costs, In addition, by providing a stepped impeller and a multi-stage dust process, the dust collection performance is excellent to provide a complex dust collector that can provide a comfortable working environment.
The composite dust collector of the present invention for achieving the above object, the hood is introduced into the rear end of the air containing the scattered water and dust through the duct, and the diaphragm is formed in the upper center to remove the inflow and dust flowing from the hood A hopper port having a port drainage port formed at the lower portion thereof, a fan for transferring air introduced into the hopper type port, a main body for accommodating air including dust introduced through the fan, and located inside the main body. And a discharge pipe configured to discharge purified air, and a hopper type port for discharging dust and water.
Hereinafter, the hybrid dust collector of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A schematic configuration of the hybrid dust collector according to the present invention is shown in FIG. 5 in a partially cut away state. The

Hopper-
The air from which dust is first removed while passing through the

6 is a plan sectional view seen from the upper side of the
Cooling water colliding with the
The upper part of the
Referring to the operating state of the hybrid dust collector of the present invention having the configuration as described above are as follows.
When the
On the other hand, when the inflow of water from the
Air passing through the hopper-
As shown in FIG. 6, the reason for bending the middle part of the
According to the present invention, the composite dust collector is capable of removing large particles and small dusts through a multi-stage dust treatment that compensates for the shortcomings of the cyclone and washing dust collector, and improves the treatment efficiency. It can be used without reducing treatment efficiency even in the environment where scattered water is introduced. In addition, since the installation structure is simple, it can be installed in a narrow space, and the installation cost is low and there is no need for maintenance, thereby reducing the cost.
