- 적어도 하나의 부하를 구동시키기 위한 구동전원을 공급하는 전원공급부;상기 각 부하를 통해 흐르는 전류의 평형을 유지시키기 위한 전류평형부;상기 전류평형부에 흐르는 전류를 전자유도를 통해 검출하여 검출신호를 출력하는 검출부; 및상기 검출신호를 인가받아 상기 부하의 오픈 유무를 판별하고, 상기 구동전원의 크기를 제어하기 위한 제어신호를 출력하는 제어부;를 포함하며,상기 검출부는,각각 상기 전류평형부에 흐르는 전류를 전자유도현상을 통해 검출하는 다수의 안테나부;상기 다수의 안테나부로부터 검출된 전류를 전압으로 분배하는 다수의 전압분배부;애노드가 상기 다수의 전압분배부와 각각 연결되고, 캐소드가 서로 연결되어 분배된 전압을 출력하는 다수의 다이오드; 및상기 다수의 다이오드를 통해 출력되는 전압을 평활시켜 검출신호로 출력하는 커패시터;를 포함하는 전원공급장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 전류평형부는,일차측과 이차측 및 삼차측을 가지며, 각각 두 개씩의 부하와 연결되어 상기 다수의 부하에 흐르는 전류를 평형시키는 다수의 트랜스포머로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 트랜스포머는,일차측과 이차측이 각각 서로 다른 부하와 연결되고, 삼차측이 이웃하는 트랜스포머의 일차측 및 이차측과 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급장치.

- 제9항에 있어서,상기 다수의 안테나부는 상기 전원공급부로부터 출력되는 구동전원 또는 전류평형부에 흐르는 전류를 전자유도현상을 통해 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급부.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 다수의 전압분배부는 각각 두 개의 분배저항이 서로 직렬연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급장치.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 전류평형부는,일차측과 이차측을 가지며, 각각 하나의 부하와 연결되어 상기 부하를 통해 흐르는 전류를 평형시키는 다수의 트랜스포머로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 전류평형부는,일차측이 각각 부하와 연결되고, 이차측이 이웃하는 트랜스포머의 이차측과 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 전원공급장치.
