Abstract
Description
즉, 본 발명의 볼 스프라인의 구조는 축(10)을 지지하기 위하여 축(10)과 볼(41)의 점 접촉으로 무한 직선운동을 행하는 볼 부시 중 개방형 즉 외통이 일정 각도(50~80도)로 절개되어 있는 볼 부시(50)가 축(10)을 지지하고, 이의 절개된 공간에 축(10)의 회전운동 및 직선운동을 행할 수 있도록 축(10)의 궤도홈(11)에 위치하여 볼(40)을 위치하고 여기에 기준하여 궤도홈(31) 및 순환홀(32)을 가진 볼 리테이너(30)를 별도로 형성하여 구성후 조합하고 이를 조정 및 고정할 수 있도록 조정형 외통(60)을 구성한다.
Claims (4)
- 궤도홈(11)을 갖는 축(10)을 중심점으로 지지하여 직선 운동을 행하고, 일직선으로 절개된 절개부가 일측에 마련된 일측절개형볼부시(50)와;상기 일측절개형볼부시(50)의 절개부에 대응형성되어 상기 절개부를 차폐하면서 일측절개형볼부시(50)에 일체적으로 결합되고, 상기 축(10)의 궤도홈(11)과 맞물리는 볼(40)을 가지며, 이 볼(40)이 궤도홈(11)과 맞물린 상태로 무환 순환되도록 볼(40)이 삽입되어 순환하는 원형의 궤도홈(31)을 갖는 볼리테이너(30)와;상기 볼리테이너(30) 및 일측절개형볼부시(50)가 내측에 삽입되어 일측절개형볼부시(50) 및 볼리테이너(30)를 감싸는 원통형태의 외통(60)과;상기 외통(60)에 체결되어 상기 볼리테이너(30)에 형성된 상기 궤도홈(31)의 배면에서 볼리테이너(30)를 가압함으로써, 상기 축(10)의 궤도 홈(11) 및 상기 볼리테이너(30)의 궤도홈(31) 사이에 형성되는 공차를 조정하는 조정볼트(90)와;상기 조정볼트(90)에 의해 가압되는 상기 볼리테이너(30)의 배면에서 체결됨으로써, 볼리테이너(30)가 상기 축(10)에서 이탈되는 것을 방지하여 볼리테이너(30)를 축(10)에 고정하는 고정볼트(80); 및상기 고정볼트(80)에 의해 상기 축(10)에 고정된 상기 볼리테이너(30)의 외주면에 체결되어 상기 외통(60)의 양단부를 지지함으로써, 볼리테이너(30)의 외주면에 외통(60)을 고정시키는 스냅링(70);으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 스프라인.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 축(10)의 궤도 홈(11)은 V자형 또는 U자형 인 것을 특징으로 하는 볼 스프라인.
