Claims (3)
- 가정, 식품 제조업체, 하수 처리장, 수처리장, 산업 현장 등에서 발생하는 탈수슬러지를 수거하여 혼합 예열탱크에서 85℃로 10∼20분간 예열하는 단계; 상기 예열탱크에서 예열된 슬러지를 95℃∼105℃의 증발건조기에서 증발시킨 후 진공으로 감압하여 강제순환식 고농축 증발장치를 이용 105℃에서 125℃까지 가열시키며 20∼40분간 증발 건조하는 단계;상기 진공증발건조기에서 증발된 슬러지를 쿠션탱크에서 온도 125℃로 유지하면서 10분간 가열 교반하는 단계;상기 쿠션탱크에서 교반된 슬러지를 고액분리기에서 원심력 1000G∼2000G으로 회전시켜 슬러지와 매체유을 분리하는 탈유단계;상기 탈유된 슬러지 분말을 소정의 규격으로 포장하는 것을 특징으로 한 연료화 및 슬러지 처리를 위한 유기성슬러지 탈유방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,연료화 및 슬러지 처리를 위한 유기성 슬러지는 함유량 0.1%∼4.95%인 것을 특징으로 하는 연료화 및 슬러지 처리를 위한 유기성슬러지 탈유방법.
