- 냉각 시스템에 사용되는 증발기에 있어서,상위부와 하위부가 형성되는 몸체와;상위 튜브다발과 유체로 소통하는 하위 튜브다발로서, 상기 상위 튜브다발과 상기 하위 튜브다발은 각각 상기 몸체에서 수평으로 확장되는 복수의 튜브를 갖고, 상기 하위 튜브다발은 상기 몸체의 하위부 냉매에 의해 부분적으로 잠기도록 형성된 하위 튜브다발 및 상위 튜브다발과;상기 상위 튜브다발 상부에 배치되는 것으로서, 상기 상위 튜브다발 위로 상기 몸체의 상위부에 인접한 폐쇄단과, 상기 폐쇄단의 반대측의 개방단과, 상기 폐쇄단으로부터 상기 몸체의 하위부에 인접한 개방단을 향하여 연장되는 대립되는 평행한 벽을 갖는 후드와;상기 상위 튜브다발 위에 배치되어, 상기 상위 튜브다발 위로 냉매를 침전시키는 냉매 분배기를; 포함하며,상기 후드의 평행한 벽이 상기 상위 튜브다발의 복수 튜브 사이에서 냉매의 교차 흐름(cross flow)을 방지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 시스템에 사용되는 증발기.
- 청구항 19에 있어서, 상기 평행한 벽은 수직으로 확장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 시스템에 사용되는 증발기.
- 청구항 19에 있어서, 상기 평행한 벽은 상기 상위 튜브다발의 복수 튜브를 측면으로 감싸는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 시스템에 사용되는 증발기.
- 청구항 19에 있어서, 상기 상위 튜브다발의 복수 튜브중 적어도 하나의 튜브는 핀붙이(finned) 형식이고, 이 핀붙이 튜브는 튜브다발의 상위부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 시스템에 사용되는 증발기.
- 청구항 19에 있어서, 상기 상위 튜브다발의 복수 튜브중 적어도 하나의 튜브는 이 튜브의 바깥면 최소 부분에 적용되는 통기성 코팅이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 시스템에 사용되는 증발기.
- 청구항 22에 있어서, 상기 상위 튜브다발의 복수 튜브중 적어도 하나의 튜브는 이 튜브의 바깥면 최소 부분에 적용되는 통기성 코팅이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 시스템에 사용되는 증발기.
- 청구항 19에 있어서, 분출기가 상기 냉매 분배기에 냉매의 흐름을 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 시스템에 사용되는 증발기.
- 청구항 19에 있어서, 상기 냉매 분배기는 적어도 부분적으로 냉매가 팽창되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 시스템에 사용되는 증발기.
- 청구항 19에 있어서, 튜브다발 내에서 흐르는 유체는 두 개의 유로 구성에 종속되며, 상기 두 개의 유로 구성은 제1유로를 지나는 동안 먼저 상기 하위 튜브다발의 복수 튜브 내부에서 상기 유체가 유동하고, 다음으로, 제2유로를 지나는 동안 상기 상위 튜브다발의 복수 튜브내에서 상기 유체가 유동하도록 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 시스템에 사용되는 증발기.
- 청구항 19에 있어서, 튜브다발 내에서 흐르는 유체는 상기 상위 튜브다발 및 상기 하위 튜브다발의 복수 튜브들 각각의 적어도 일부분 내에서 유체가 유동하도록 구성된 하나 이상의 유로 구성에 종속되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉각 시스템에 사용되는 증발기.
