Claims (2)
- 데이터 전극 라인들과 주사 전극 라인들이 소정 간격을 두고 서로 교차되게 형성되어 상기 교차 영역들에서 전계발광 디스플레이 셀들이 형성되는 전계발광 디스플레이 패널의 구동 방법에 있어서,상기 모든 데이터 전극 라인들에 인가되는 데이터 신호들을 차단하고, 상기 모든 주사 전극 라인들에 제1 전위를 인가하며, 상기 모든 데이터 전극 라인들을 스위칭에 의하여 전기적으로 서로 연결하는 예비 충전 단계;한 주사 전극 라인에 상기 제1 전위보다 낮은 제2 전위를 인가하고 데이터 신호들을 상기 데이터 전극 라인들에 인가하여, 상기 주사 전극 라인의 선택된 전계발광 디스플레이 셀들을 발광시키는 주사 단계; 및상기 예비 충전 및 주사 단계들을 나머지 주사 전극 라인들에 대하여 반복하여 수행하는 반복 단계를 포함한 전계발광 디스플레이 패널의 구동 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 예비 충전 단계에서,상기 데이터 전극 라인들이 제너 다이오드의 캐소드와 함께 공통으로 연결되고, 상기 제너 다이오드의 에노드에 상기 제2 전위를 인가하는 전계발광 디스플레이 패널의 구동 방법.
