Abstract
Description
상기 이동코일(1)은 코일 밀착 스프링(8)에 의해 부세되어 탐촉자가 대상 시험체(100) 표면을 주사하게 될 때 코일이 움직이지 않도록 탐촉자 몸체(3a,3b)에 밀착시켜 잡음발생을 방지하도록 이루어질 수 있다.
또한, 상기 두 조각의 탐촉자 몸체(3a,3b)는 4개의 탐촉자 몸체 고정볼트(10)에 의해 서로 고정될 수 있다.
Claims (3)
- 소정의 간격으로 나란히 형성된 탐촉자 코일(1,2), 후방에 설치되는 코일 간격조절 볼트(5) 및 상기 탐촉자 코일(1)을 보호하는 코일 보호 하우징(6)을 내장한 두 조각의 탐촉자 몸체(3a,3b)로 이루어져 대상 시험체(100)에서 발생하는 와전류를 평가하여 결함의 길이와 깊이를 추정하는 와전류 검사 표면 탐촉자에 있어서,상기 탐촉자 코일(1,2) 중 어느 하나인 이동코일(1)이 상기 코일 보호 하우징(6)내에 장착되고, 상기 탐촉자 코일(1,2) 중 어느 하나인 고정코일(2)이 고정될 경우에 상기 코일 간격조절 볼트(5)와 수직으로 결합된 상기 코일 보호 하우징(6)을 움직여, 코일 이동 그루브(12)를 따라 상기 고정된 고정코일(2)로부터 0 ~ 20㎜ 범위 내의 이동행정간격(D) 만큼 상기 이동코일(1)을 이동 가능하도록 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 와전류 침투깊이 조절이 가능한 송수신형 와전류 검사 표면 탐촉자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 이동코일(1)은 코일 밀착 스프링(8)에 의해 부세되어 탐촉자가 대상 시험체(100) 표면을 주사하게 될 때 코일이 움직이지 않도록 탐촉자 몸체(3a,3b)에 밀착시켜 잡음발생을 방지하도록 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 와전류 침투깊이 조절이 가능한 송수신형 와전류 검사 표면 탐촉자.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 두 조각의 탐촉자 몸체(3a,3b)는 4개의 탐촉자 몸체 고정볼트(10)에 의해 서로 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 와전류 침투깊이 조절이 가능한 송수신형 와전류 검사 표면 탐촉자.
