Claims (19)
- 전력 케이블에 사용되는 반도체성 조성물(semiconducting composition)로서,항산화제로서 TMQ(폴리-2,2,4-트리메틸-1,2-디히드로퀴놀린) 및 폴리올레핀 폴리머 화합물을 포함하며, 상기 TMQ는 0 초과 내지 200 ppm의 NaCl를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체성 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,TMQ는 0 초과 내지 150 ppm의 NaCl를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,폴리올레핀 폴리머는 폴리에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,조성물은 극성 코폴리머(polar copolymer)를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체성 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,극성 코폴리머는 C1 내지 C6-알킬 아크릴레이트, C1 내지 C6-알킬 메타크릴레이트, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 및 비닐 아세테이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 코모노머와 올레핀의 코폴리머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체성 조성물.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,극성 코폴리머는 올리핀-아크릴레이트 코폴리머, 실란 코폴리머 및 비닐-아세테이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체성 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,올레핀 아크릴레이트 코폴리머는 에틸렌-부틸-아크릴레이트, 에틸렌-에틸-아크릴레이트 및 에틸렌-메틸-아크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체성 조성물.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,실란 코폴리머는 비닐트리-메톡시실란, 비닐트리-에톡시실란, 또는 비닐트리-메톡시실란과 비닐트리-에톡시실란을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,폴리머는 다중 폴리머(multimodal polymer)인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체성 조성물.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,다중 폴리머는 이중 폴리머(bimodal polymer)인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,카본 블랙을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체성 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,카본 블랙은 노 블랙(furnace black)인 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체성 조성물.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,조성물은 20 중량% 내지 40 중량%의 카본 블랙을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,조성물은 실란 또는 퍼옥시드로 가교되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체성 조성물.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 반도체성, 층 및 전도체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 전력 케이블(electric power cable).
- 제 15 항에 있어서,반도체성 층은 가장 내부의 반도체성 층인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 전력 케이블.
- 제 16 항에 있어서,케이블은 1개 이상의 반도체성 층을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 전력 케이블.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,TMQ는 0 초과 내지 100 ppm의 NaCl를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체성 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,극성 코폴리머는 C1 내지 C6-알킬 아크릴레이트, C1 내지 C6-알킬 메타크릴레이트, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산 및 비닐 아세테이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 1개 이상의 코모노머와 에틸렌의 코폴리머를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체성 조성물.
