Claims (9)
- 기체와 흡수액체를 주입하는 기액주입부, 주입된 상기 기체와 상기 흡수액체의 흡수평형반응이 일어나는 기액흡수평형반응부 및 상기 흡수평형반응후 배출되는 상기 기체를 분석하는 배출기체분석부를 구비하는 기액 흡수평형 측정 장치에 있어서,상기 기액흡수평형반응부는내부가 관통되어 상기 흡수액체가 이동하는 통로를 구비하는 젖음벽;상기 젖음벽 주변에 형성된 기체통로; 및상기 기체통로의 외곽에 형성되고 상기 기체와 상기 흡수액체가 항온을 유지할수 있도록 열유체가 이동하는 열유체통로를 구비하고,상기 젖음벽의 표면은 SiO2와 TiO2의 혼합물로 구성된 친수성 코팅층에 의해 코팅처리된 것을 특징으로 하는 친수성 젖음벽을 구비하는 기액 흡수평형 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 젖음벽의 표면은SUS 316 또는 SUS 304의 스테인레스 재질로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 친수성 젖음벽을 구비하는 기액 흡수평형 측정장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 젖음벽은타원형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 친수성 젖음벽을 구비하는 기액 흡수 평형 측정장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 친수성 코팅층은0.002mm ~ 0.01mm 의 두께인 것을 특징으로 하는 친수성 젖음벽을 구비하는 기액 흡수평형 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 TiO2에 대한 상기 SiO2의 조성비는1:0.65 내지 1: 1.3 인 것을 특징으로 하는 친수성 젖음벽을 구비하는 기액 흡수평형 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기체는이산화황, 이산화질소 또는 이산화탄소 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 친수성 젖음벽을 구비하는 기액 흡수평형 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡수액체는아민류, 황산나트륨, 탄산칼륨 또는 염소산나트륨 중에서 선택된 어느 하나이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 친수성 젖음벽을 구비하는 기액 흡수평형 측정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기액주입부는상기 기체를 정량적으로 측정하여 주입하는 기체봄베;유입되는 상기 기체의 유속을 조절하거나 측정하는 질량유속계;상기 흡수액체를 임시로 저장하는 흡수액체저장조; 및상기 기체와 상기 흡수액체를 일정 온도로 가열해주는 항온조를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 친수성 젖음벽을 구비하는 기액 흡수평형 측정장치.
