Claims (19)

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 필터층 (1) 의 가장자리 (5) 에서 시작하는 하나 이상의 경계 영역 (3) 이 30 ㎜ 이하의 경계폭 (6) 을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열 필터층 (1).
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 필터층 (1) 은 3 ㎜ 이하인 섬유층 두께 (8) 를 바람직하게 갖는 하나 이상의 섬유층 (7) 을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내열 필터층 (1).

- 제 10 항에 있어서, 하나 이상의 부가적인 보상층 (23) 이 존재하고, 바람직하게 이 보상층은 감소된 층두께 (4) 를 갖는 필터층 (1) 의 하나 이상의 경계 영역 (3) 에 인접하여 배열되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 본체 (12).
- 하나 이상의 내열 필터층 (1) 을 제조하는 단계,감소된 층두께 (4) 를 갖는 하나 이상의 필터층 (1) 의 하나 이상의 경계 영역 (3) 을 형성하는 단계,하나 이상의 필터층 (1) 의 상이한 층두께 (4, 4') 를 보상하기 위한 수단을 제공하는 단계,배기가스가 관류할 수 있는 통로 (14) 를 갖는 벌집형 본체 (24) 를 형성하기 위해 하나 이상의 필터층 (1) 및 하나 이상의 구조화된 시트금속 포일 (15) 을 적층하거나, 감거나, 또는 적층하고 감는 단계,하나 이상의 필터층 (1) 과 하나 이상의 시트금속 포일 (15) 사이의 하나 이상의 연결 영역 (16) 에 땜납 (26) 을 공급하는 단계, 및하나 이상의 연결 영역 (16) 에서 납땜 접합을 형성하기 위해 벌집형 본체 (24) 를 가열하는 단계를 포함하는, 제 7 항에 따른 필터 본체 (12) 의 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 땜납 (26) 을 공급하기 전에 상기 벌집형 본체 (24) 를 케이싱 (27) 안에 넣고, 땜납 (26) 이 공급되는 동안, 하나 이상의 필터층 (1) 과 하나 이상의 시트금속 포일 (15) 중의 일방 또는 양방을 케이싱 (27) 에 부착시키기 위해, 땜납이 하나 이상의 부착 영역 (28) 에 또한 바람직하게 배열되어, 하나 이상의 부착 영역 (28) 의 가열 동안 땜납 접합이 생성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 본체 (12) 의 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항 또는 제 16 항에 있어서, 감소된 층두께 (4) 를 갖는 하나 이상의 경계 영역 (3) 이, 하나 이상의 경계 영역 (3) 에서 필터층 (1) 에 압축력 (29) 이 가해져 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 본체 (12) 의 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항 또는 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 보상 수단은 하나 이상의 경계 영역 (3) 의 변형에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 본체 (12) 의 제조 방법.
- 제 15 항 또는 제 16 항에 있어서, 상기 보상 수단은, 필터층 (1) 과 인접한 시트금속 포일 (15) 사이에 하나 이상의 보상층 (23) 을 배치함으로써 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 필터 본체 (12) 의 제조 방법.
