Claims (4)
- 미강 내 토코트리에놀의 생산방법에 있어서,미강의 헥산 추출 원유 1.5kg에 에탄올 18L, 아스코르브산 200g, KOH(44%) 900mL를 첨가하고, 80℃, 18분간 비누화 반응을 실시하는 단계,냉각된 반응물에 헥산 18L로 2회 분획하고 1회 물세척후 헥산을 증류 제거한 후 얻어진 헥산수집액을 -20℃에서 24시간 저온 처리후 원심분리하여 상징액을 얻는 단계,상기 상징액을 다시 감압농축하여 헥산을 제거한 후 에탄올을 첨가하고 다시 상기 단계에서의 조건에서 저온 처리 및 원심분리한 후 에탄올을 감압농축, 제거하여 최종생산물을 얻는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 미강 내 토코트리에놀 대량생산방법.
