Claims (10)
- 폴리아미드이미드 절연체 100 중량부; 및변성 유기규소계 오일 1 내지 10 중량부;를 포함하여 이루어지되,상기 변성 유기규소계 오일은, 알킬변성 또는 아릴변성 유기규소계 오일과 폴리에테르변성 유기규소계 오일의 혼합물이며,상기 알킬변성 또는 아릴변성 유기규소계 오일은, 그 분자량이 1,000 내지 15,000이며, 상기 폴리에테르변성 유기규소계 오일은, 그 분자량이 1,000 내지 15,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드이미드 절연재 제조용 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 선택된 한 항에 따른 폴리아미드이미드 절연재 제조용 조성물로 제조된 절연재를 도체의 표면에 코팅한 것을 특징으로 하는 자기윤활성 절연전선.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 절연재는, 도체 표면에 0.01 내지 0.09 ㎛의 두께로 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기윤활성 절연전선.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 절연재는, 도체 표면의 최외곽층에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자기윤활성 절연전선.
- (S1) 제1항 내지 제3항 중 선택된 한 항에 따르는 폴리아미드이미드 절연재 제조용 조성물을 준비하는 단계; 및(S2) 상기 조성물을 유기용제 하에서 중합시키는 단계;를 포함하여 진행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리아미드이미드 절연재료의 제조방법.
- 제7항의 방법에 따라 제조된 폴리아미드이미드 절연재료를 도체의 표면에 코팅하여 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 자기윤활성 절연전선.
