Claims (8)
- 제 1 선편광판과;상기 제 1 선편광판의 하부에 위치하고, 반사부와 투과부로 정의된 상부기판과;상기 상부기판의 하부에 구성된 컬러필터와;상기 컬러필터의 하부에 구성된 액정층과;상기 액정층의 하부에 구성된 제 2 선편광판과;상기 제 2 선편광판의 하부에 구성된 반투과전극과;상기 반투과전극의 하부에 위치한 하부기판과;상기 반투과전극의 하부에 구성된 위상차 필름(QWP)과;상기 위상차 필름의 하부에 구성되고, 특정 파장대에 대응하는 우원 또는 좌원 피치를 가지는 제 1 CLC 편광판과;상기 제 1 CLC 편광판의 하부에 위치하고, 광대역 파장대에 대응하여 상기 제 1 CLC 편광판과 반대방향의 피치를 가지는 제 2 CLC 편광판과;상기 제 2 CLC편광판의 하부에 구성되는 백라이트를 포함하며, 상기 제 1 CLC 편광판은 상기 백라이트와 상기 제 2 CLC 편광판을 통과한 우원 또는 좌원 편광 중 적색과 녹색과 청색의 피크 파장대에 해당하는 빛을 정면으로 집광하는 특성을 갖는 것이 특징인 반사투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 반투과전극에 반사부에 대응하여 구성된 반사전극과, 투과부에 대응하여 구성된 투명 전극으로 구성된 반사투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 백라이트는 적색과 녹색과 청색의 피크 파장대가 우세한 빛을 조사하는 반사투과형 액정표시장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 위상차 필름은 빛으로 하여금 λ/4의 위상 지연값을 가지도록 하는 반사투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 액정층은 트위스트 네마틱 액정인 반사투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 액정층은 90도 꼬인 TN 구조인 반사투과형 액정표시장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 컬러필터는 흡수형 컬러필터인 반사투과형 액정표시장치.
