Claims (3)
- a) 아세트아미노펜을 에틸아세테이트 또는 테트라히드로퓨란에 용해시켜 용액을 제조하는 단계;b) 0 내지 45℃ 및 35 내지 200기압의 이산화탄소와 상기 a)단계에서 제조된용액을 침전기 안에서 혼합하여 아세트아미노펜 미세입자를 제조하는 단계;c) 입자제조가 완료된 후 0 내지 45℃ 및 35 내지 200기압의 초임계 이산화탄소를 이용하여 입자에 잔류하는 유기용매를 제거하는 단계; 및d) 침전기 내부의 감압을 통하여 생성된 미세입자를 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 아세트아미노펜 미세입자의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 아세트아미노펜 미세입자는 사방정계(orthorhombic) 형태의 분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 아세트아미노펜 미세입자의 제조방법.
