Claims (11)
- 빛을 발생시키기 위한 하나 또는 그 이상의 광발생 모듈;표면에 홈이 형성되어 있는 다수의 막대;상기 광발생 모듈에서 발생된 빛이 입사되고, 상기 막대의 홈에 감겨져서 빛을 누설하기 위한 광섬유를 포함하는 백 라이트 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 다수의 막대 위에 위치하여 광섬유에서 누설된 빛을 균일하게 LCD 패널에 전달하기 위한 확산판을 더 포함하는 백 라이트 유닛.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 다수의 막대는 소정 간격을 두고 평행하게 배열되어 있는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 광발생 모듈은 레이져 다이오드와, 이 레이져 다이오드에서 발생된 광선을 집광하여 상기 광섬유에 입사시키기 위한 콜리메이터(Collimator)를 포함하는 백 라이트 유닛.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 막대의 홈에는 광섬유를 고정시키기 위한 돌기가 구비되는 백 라이트 유닛.
- 제5항에 있어서,상기 돌기는 홈의 가장자리에 반원 형태로 형성되어 있는 백 라이트 유닛.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 막대의 단면은 LCD 패널을 향하는 쪽이 뾰족한 형태로 되어 있는 백 라이트 유닛.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 막대의 단면은 LCD 패널을 향하는 쪽이 뾰족한 형태로 되어 있는 원추형인 백 라이트 유닛.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 홈은 막대의 일부분에 형성되어 있는 백 라이트 유닛.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 홈은 막대의 길이방향을 따라 나선형으로 형성되어 있는 백라이트 유닛.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 광발생 모듈은 적색(Red) 광을 발생시키기 위한 적색 광원, 녹색(Green) 광을 발생시키기 위한 녹색 광원, 청색(Blue) 광을 발생시키기 위한 청색 광원을 포함하는 백라이트 유닛.
