Claims (2)
- 원형의 몸체 외주면에 축방향으로 비틀려진 제1 기어이(11a)가 형성된 제1 단위기어체(11) 및 상기 제1 단위기어체(11)와 반대방향으로 비틀려진 제2 기어이(12a)가 형성된 제2 단위기어체(12)가 상,하에서 고정된 제1 더블헬리컬기어(10)와,상기 제1 더블헬리컬기어(10)와 이맞물림되도록 제3,4 기어이(21a)(22a)가 형성된 제3,4 단위기어체(21)(22)로 이루어지며, 상기 제3 단위기어체(21)는 중앙에 결합돌출부(21b)가 형성되어 상기 제4 단위기어체(22)의 중앙에 결합되고, 상기 결합돌출부(21b)에 결합링(23)이 고정되어진 제2 더블헬리컬기어(20)를 포함하고,상기 제1 더블헬리컬기어(10)의 제1 단위기어체(11)의 제1 기어이(11a)와 제2 단위기어체(12)의 제2 기어이(12a)의 결합부가 일치하지 않게 고정될 경우에 상기 제2 더블헬리컬기어(20)의 제3 단위기어체(21)와 제4 단위기어체(22)가 이에 대응하여 축에 대해 회전되면서 이맞물림이 원활히 이루어지도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 더블 헬리컬기어.
- 상부에는 펌핑실(211)이 형성되고, 하부에는 전동실(212)이 설치되며, 상기 펌핑실(211)과 연통되는 흡입구(213)와 토출구(214)가 각각 형성된 케이스(210)와, 상기 케이스(210)의 내측에 상호 결합되고, 상기 흡입구(213)에서 유입된 유체를 상기 토출구(214) 측으로 압송하며, 더블 헬리컬로 이루어진 제1,2펌핑기어(220)(230)와, 상기 케이스(210)의 하측에 결합되어 구동력을 제공하는 구동모터(240)와, 상기 구동모터(240)의 단부에 결합되어지고, 상기 전동실(212)에 설치되어진 구동기어(250)와, 상기 구동기어(250)와 결합되고, 상기 제1 펌핑기어(220)와 동축상에 설치된 감속기어(260)로 구성된 기어 펌프에 있어서,상기 제1 펌핑기어(220)는, 원형의 몸체 외주면에 축방향으로 비틀려진 제1 기어이(11a)가 형성된 제1 단위기어체(11) 및 상기 제1 단위기어체(11)와 반대방향으로 비틀려진 제2 기어이(12a)가 형성된 제2 단위기어체(12)가 상,하에서 고정된 제1 더블헬리컬기어(10)로 이루어지고,상기 제2 펌핑기어(230)는, 상기 제1 더블헬리컬기어(10)와 이맞물림되도록 제3,4 기어이(21a)(22a)가 형성된 제3,4 단위기어체(21)(22)로 이루어지며, 상기 제3 단위기어체(21)는 중앙에 결합돌출부(21b)가 형성되어 상기 제4 단위기어체(22)의 중앙에 결합되고, 상기 결합돌출부(21b)에 결합링(23)이 고정되어진 제2 더블헬리컬기어(20)로 이루어지며,상기 제1 더블헬리컬기어(10)의 제1 단위기어체(11)의 제1 기어이(11a)와 제2 단위기어체(12)의 제2 기어이(12a)의 결합부가 일치하지 않게 고정될 경우에 상기 제2 더블헬리컬기어(20)의 제3 단위기어체(21)와 제4 단위기어체(22)가 이에 대응하여 축에 대해 회전되면서 이맞물림이 원활히 이루어지도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 더블 헬리컬기어를 이용한 기어펌프.
