Claims (3)
- 유체의 흐름을 위한 입구와 출구를 구비한 중공의 밸브코어(1)와, 상기 밸브코어(1)의 일단에 결합된 밸브돔(5)과, 상기 밸브돔(5) 내부에 진퇴 가능하게 설치된 아마츄어(6)와, 상기 밸브돔(5)의 외측에 형성된 여자코일(7)과, 상기 밸브코어(1) 내에 마련되며 오리피스(9a)를 구비한 밸브시트(9)와, 상기 아마츄어(6)의 동작에 의해 진퇴하며 상기 오리피스(9a)를 개폐하도록 밸브코어(1) 내에 설치된 플런저(8)와, 상기 오리피스(9a)의 개방을 위해 상기 플런저(8)를 아마츄어(6) 쪽으로 가압하는 복원스프링(8a)을 포함하는 솔레노이드밸브에 있어서,상기 아마츄어(6)의 하부인 밸브코어(1)의 상부면은 상기 플런저(8)의 외주면에 접촉되는 부준에 환형의 돌기(1a)가 돌설된 구조를 가지며, 상기 아마츄어(6)의 하부면은 상기 밸브코어(1)의 환형의 돌기(1a)의 외측으로 형성된 환형의 외측돌기(6a)를 포함하고,상기 오리피스(9a)는 가변 릴리프 구간을 설정해 줄 수 있도록 그 직경이 0.5mm에서 1.0mm인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기력을 이용한 릴리프 기능을 갖는 솔레노이드밸브.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 아마츄어(9a)의 하부인 밸브코어(1)의 상부면과 상기 아마츄어(6)의 하부면은 서로 일정 간격을 가진 평평한 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자기력을 이용한 릴리프 기능을 갖는 솔레노이드밸브.
