Abstract
Description
상기 최상단 광학시트는 친수성소재가 코팅된 확산시트 또는 편광성 휘도상승필름이다.
상기 친수성소재는 염기성 계면활성제 중 암모늄기 고리에 친수성기를 연결한 물질이다.
이러한 본 발명의 백라이트 유닛은 액정패널(47)에 광을 조사한다.
이에 따라, 제2 확산시트(45) 상에서 발생하는 정전기를 방지하여 얼룩 및/또는 이물의 발생을 줄일 수 있게 된다. 이는 제2 확산시트(45)의 표면저항을 측정함으로써 정전기의 발생을 알 수 있다. 즉, 종래의 확산시트(15)의 표면저항값이 1013Ω임을 감안할 때, 표면에 친수성소재(46)를 코팅한 확산시트(45)의 표면저항값은 109Ω로 적어짐으로써 정전기의 발생률이 줄어드는 것을 알 수 있다.
Claims (7)
- 광을 발생하는 광원과, 상기 광원으로부터의 광을 면광원으로 변환시키는 도광판과, 상기 도광판 상에 광을 확산시킴과 아울러 광의 진행방향을 변환시기키 위한 적어도 하나 이상의 광학시트들을 구비하고, 확산된 광을 액정패널에 조사하는 백라이트 유닛에 있어서,상기 백라이트 유닛의 최상단에 배치되는 최상단 광학시트를 구비하고,상기 최상단 광학시트는 친수성소재가 코팅된 확산시트 또는 편광성 휘도상승필름이고,상기 친수성소재는 염기성 계면활성제 중 암모늄기 고리에 친수성기를 연결한 물질인 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 친수성소재는 상기 편광성 휘도상승필름의 전면과 후면에 코팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 백라이트 유닛.
