Claims (5)
- (A) 분석용 단백질 시료 및 대조구 단백질 시료를 서로 다른 CyDye로 각각 표지하는 단계;(B) (A)단계에서 표지된 시료 각 50~100ug 및 분석용 단백질 시료 1~5mg을 함께 2차원 전기영동하는 단계;(C) 형광 분석에 의해 (B)단계에서 전기영동한 겔(gel)을 분석하여 분석용 단백질과 대조구 단백질의 차이를 분석하는 단계; 및(D) (C)에서 분리된 스팟으로부터 단백질을 분리하여 동정하는 단계;로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 단백질 분석방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(A) 단계에서 분석용 단백질 시료와 대조구 단백질 시료의 혼합물을 제3의 CyDye로 표지하여 (B) 단계에서 함께 전기영동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단백질 분석방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 (C)단계의 형광 분석은 자동 피커(automatic picker)를 사용하여 이루 어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 단백질 분석방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,(C) 단계과 (D) 단계의 사이에 코마시 염색에 의한 이미지 분석 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단백질 분석방법.
- 제 1 한 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,(D) 단계의 단백질 동정은 MALDI-TOF에 의한 분석인 것을 특징으로 하는 단백질 분석방법.
