- 전면의 중심부분에 개구부(11)가 형성된 케이스(10)와;케이스(10)에 왕복이동가능하게 내설되어 케이스(10)의 개구부(11)를 통해 외부로 선택적으로 노출되는 배전함(20)과;배전함(20)에 고정되고, 케이스(10)에 왕복이동가능하게 내설되어, 케이스(10)의 개구부(11)를 개폐하는 차폐판(30)과;차폐판(30)에 삽탈가능하게 설치되는 통전 어뎁터(A)와;차폐판(30)에 회전가능하게 설치되어 어뎁터(A)의 배전선(L)을 권취하는 권취롤러(W)와 차폐판(30)에 설치되어 권취롤러(W)를 일방향으로 탄발지지하는 스프링(S)을 갖춘 권취기구(WI)와;케이스(10)에 회전가능하게 내설되어 제1와이어(43)를 매개로 차폐판(30)과 연결되는 권취드럼(41)과, 케이스(10)에 내설되어 권취드럼(41)을 강제구동하는 구동장치(M)로 구성된 배전함노출장치(WE)와;케이스(10)에 내설되는 실린더(45a), 실린더(45a)에 직선왕복 이동가능하게 내설되는 피스톤(45b), 실린더(45a)에 내설되어 피스톤(45b)을 일방향으로 탄발지지하는 스프링(45c)을 갖춘 구동기구(45)와, 제2와이어(43)를 매개로 구동기구(45)의 피스톤(45b)에 연결되는 제1권취드럼(44a), 제3와이어(46)를 매개로 분배전함(20)에 연결되어 제1권취드럼(44a)과 연동하는 제2권취드럼(44b)을 갖춘 권취롤러(44)로 구성된 배전함숨김장치(40)와;구동장치(M)를 작동제어하는 메인제어유닛(50)과;외부로부터 제어신호를 무선수신하여 메인제어유닛(50)으로 전송하는 무선유닛(51)과;구동장치(M)의 작동을 제어하기 위한 제어신호를 입력하는 입력유닛(63)과, 입력유닛(63)으로부터의 제어신호를 무선신호로 변환하는 제어유닛(62)과, 제어유닛(62)으로부터의 제어신호를 외부로 무선 송출하는 송신유닛(61)을 갖춘 리모컨(60);으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공동주택의 매설형 배전장치.
