Claims (10)
- 내용물 성분과 액체 매질을 제공하는 단계(A)(여기서, 내용물 성분은 액체 매질에 불용성이다),내용물 성분과 액체 매질을 혼합기에서 균질화하여, 액체 매질에 현탁된 미셀(micelle)을 포함하는 혼합물을 형성하는 단계(B)(여기서, 미셀은 내용물 성분을 포함하고 평균 미셀 직경을 갖는다),액체 매질을 흡수할 수 있으며 평균 기공 크기를 갖는 겔 품목을 제공하는 단계(C)(여기서, 평균 기공 크기는 평균 미셀 직경 이상이다) 및혼합물을 겔 품목 내로 흡수시켜 겔을 형성하는 단계(D)를 포함하는, 내용물 성분을 겔 품목 내로 흡수시켜 겔을 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 액체 매질이 물인, 내용물 성분을 겔 품목 내로 흡수시켜 겔을 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 평균 기공 크기가 평균 미셀 직경보다 1.05배 내지 1,000배 초과인, 내용물 성분을 겔 품목 내로 흡수시켜 겔을 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합물이 하이드로트로프(hydrotrope)를 추가로 포함하는, 내용물 성분을 겔 품목 내로 흡수시켜 겔을 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내용물 성분이 방향제인, 내용물 성분을 겔 품목 내로 흡수시켜 겔을 형성하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 혼합기가 고전단력 혼합기인, 내용물 성분을 겔 품목 내로 흡수시켜 겔을 형성하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 겔 품목이 탈수 겔인, 내용물 성분을 겔 품목 내로 흡수시켜 겔을 형성하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 평균 기공 크기가 평균 미셀 직경보다 1.075배 내지 10배 초과인, 내용물 성분을 겔 품목 내로 흡수시켜 겔을 형성하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 하이드로트로프가 설포네이트화 하이드로트로프인, 내용물 성분을 겔 품목 내로 흡수시켜 겔을 형성하는 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 설포네이트화 하이드로트로프가 나트륨 쿠멘 설포네이트인, 내용물 성분을 겔 품목 내로 흡수시켜 겔을 형성하는 방법.
