Claims (4)
- 복수 개의 홈이 형성된 금형에 액상 또는 겔상태의 유브이소재를 충진하는 단계;상기 금형에 투명한 피시재질로 구성된 도광필름을 놓고 압착하는 단계;상기 압착된 유브이소재에 자외선광을 조사하여 유브이소재를 도광필름 일측면에 부착된 상태로 경화시켜 누름돌기를 성형하는 단계;상기 성형된 각 누름돌기 주변의 도광필름 표면에 레이저 빛을 쏘아 음각홈군이 형성된 패턴을 성형하는 단계;상기 누름돌기와 대응되게 키가 성형된 패드를 상기 도광필름 타측면에 부착하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 키패드 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 도광필름은 두께 0.35㎜ 이하, 빛투과율 90% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 키패드 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 도광필름은 회전하는 롤러로 가압하고, 유브이소재는 자외선광에 5∼30초 노출시켜 경화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 키패드 제조방법.
