Claims (2)
- FBR(Flame Back Resistance) 노즐을 고정하는 다수개의 에어 스윙 클램프와, 상기 FBR 노즐을 구성하는 예비혼합 가스 노즐 및 확산 가스 노즐에 각각 연결되는 제1, 제2 챔버(Chamber)를 구비한 유량 검사 지지대와,양측은 상기 제1, 제2 챔버의 입구에 각각 접속되고 다른 한 측은 제1 공기저장 탱크에 접속되며 공압 액추에이터를 갖는 제1 3-웨이 볼 밸브와,양측은 상기 제1, 제2 챔버의 출구에 각각 접속되고 다른 한 측은 유량 검사 장비에 접속되며 공압 액추에이터를 갖는 제2 3-웨이 볼 밸브와,상기 제1, 제2 3-웨이 볼 밸브와 제2 공기저장 탱크의 사이에 설치되는 제1, 제2 솔레노이드 밸브와,상기 제2 공기저장 탱크와 상기 에어 스윙 클램프를 연결하여 상기 다수개의 에어 스윙 클램프를 통해 상기 FBR 노즐을 상기 유량 검사 지지대에 선택적으로 고정하거나 분리하는 솔레노이드 선택 스위치, 및상기 제1, 제2 솔레노이드 밸브를 제어하여 상기 예비혼합 가스 노즐 및 상기 확산 가스 노즐에 대한 유량을 유량 검사 장비를 통해 검사하는 제어수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 FBR 노즐용 유량 검사 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 다수개의 에어 스윙 클램프는 3개로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 FBR 노즐용 유량 검사 장치.
