Claims (5)
- 살균하고자 하는 물이 공급되는 공급관(10);테프론 코팅된 자외선램프(20)가 수용되며, 상기 공급관(10)으로 공급된 물이 공급되어 수용된 자외선램프(20)의 외부로 흐르도록 하여 상기 자외선램프(20)의 자외선조사에 의해 살균되어 배출되도록 하는 자외선램프 하우징(30);상기 자외선램프 하우징(30)으로부터 배출된 살균수가 공급되며 내부에 불용성전극(DSA 전극)이 구비되고 상기 불용성전극에 의해 전해 살균된 전해살균수를 배출하도록 하는 불용성전극 하우징(40);상기 자외선램프 하우징(30)이 거치되는 거치대(50);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 자외선 살균장치.
- 물탱크 또는 방류조에 사용되며 정체된 물이 저장되는 저장조(1) 내에 수용되며 자외선조사에 의해 수용된 물을 살균하도록 하고 테프론 코팅된 자외선램프(20);상기 자외선램프(20)의 상단부에 고정되어 상기 자외선램프(20)가 수직으로 설치되도록 하는 거치대(50);상기 거치대(50)의 양측에 고정되며, 내부에 불용성전극(DSA 전극)이 구비되고, 상기 저장조(1)에 수용된 물을 전해살균되도록 하여 배출되도록 하는 전해셀(60);상기 거치대(50)의 양측 단부에 고정되며 상기 거치대(50)를 저장조(1)의 중앙에 위치하도록 거리조절하여 저장조(1)에 고정되는 고정부(70);상기 자외선램프(20)의 하부에 연결되며 일정한 수위를 유지하도록 하며 상기 자외선램프(20)의 유동을 방지하는 수위조절추(80);를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 자외선 살균장치.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 테프론의 자외선 투과율은 석영관의 자외선 투과율의 80%이상이고, 코팅두께는 0.1~0.8mm 인 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 자외선 살균장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 자외선램프 부근에 구비되며 상기 자외선램프에 부착된 이물질을 제거하기 위한 초음파를 발생시키는 초음파발생기가 더 구비된 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드 자외선 살균장치.
