사각형상의 판체로 전주 상단면에 안착되는 상판이 형성되고, 상판 각 모서리에서 하부로 수직연장되어 전주 외주연과 밀착되는 전후방좌우측수직대가 각각 형성되며, 전후방좌우측수직대 상하부에는 각각 전후방측으로 수평돌출되되 선단부에 나사부를 갖는 상하장볼트가 각각 형성되는 안착지지틀과;The top plate is formed on the top surface of the pole, and the top plate is vertically extended from the corners of the top plate to the bottom, and the front and rear right and left vertical frames are formed in close contact with the outer periphery of the pole.
