7. A cross arm according to claim 6, wherein the right side wall of the first nut (8) and the left side wall of the second nut (9) are in close contact with the left side wall of the left connecting plate (5) and the right side wall of the right connecting plate (6), respectively.
8. A cross arm as claimed in claim 7, wherein the bottom ends of the third and fourth nuts (24, 25) are in close contact with the top surfaces of the left and right fixed posts (12, 13), respectively.
