- 전기시설물에 설치되는 역서지 방전수단이 구비된 접지장치에 있어서:상기 전기시설물에 연결되는 접지동선;상기 접지동선의 외주면에 설치되는 역서지 방전수단;상기 접지동선의 단부에 연결되는 접지봉을 포함하고,상기 역서지 방전수단은 상기 접지동선의 외주면에 설치되는 동관과 상기 동관의 외주면에 방사상으로 설치되는 침으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 역서지 방전수단이 구비된 접지장치.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 침은 상기 동관으로 향할 수록 직경이 크고, 단부로 향할 수록 직경이 작아지는 것을 특징으로 하는 역서지 방전수단이 구비된 접지장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접지봉에는 흡습공이 형성되어 있으며, 내부에는 수분흡습재가 충진되는 것을 특징으로 하는 역서지 방전수단이 구비된 접지장치.
