Claims (4)
- 냉난방 시스템에 있어서,저온저압의 냉매를 고온고압의 냉매로 압축시키는 압축부(11)와; 가열장치(13)와 열교환용 모세관(14, 16)과 팽창용 모세관(15)이 설치되어 있는 예열부(12)로 이루어진 압축기(10)와;상기 압축기(10)의 압축부(11)로부터 압축된 냉매가스의 방향을 전환시키는 4방변(20)과;냉방시에는 증발기로 전환되고, 난방시에는 응축기로 전환되는 실내 열교환기(30)와;냉방시에는 응축기로 전환되고, 난방시에는 증발기로 전환되는 실외 열교환기(40)와;상기 압축기(10)와 4방변(20)과 실내 열교환기(30)와 실외 열교환기(40)는 냉매 배관에 의하여 차례로 연결되어 냉매의 순환에 의하여 열 이동이 되도록 설치된 배관라인(60)과;상기 배관라인(60)에 냉방시와 난방시 냉매의 이동방향을 제어하도록 설치된 밸브(61, 62, 63, 64)와;냉방시, 냉매를 팽창시키는 팽창용 모세관(50)과;난방시, 상기 압축기(10)의 압축부(11)로부터 4방변(20)으로 공급되는 고온고압의 냉매와 상기 압축기(10)의 예열부(12)로부터 4방변(20)으로 공급되는 예열 된 냉매가 상호열교환이 이루어지도록 형성된 열교환부(70)와; 상기 실내 열교환기(30)로부터 배출되는 냉매를 가열하는 가열장치(31)와; 결빙방지장치를 포함하도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉난방 시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 결빙방지장치는 실내 열교환기(30)에서 압축기(10)의 예열부(12)로 냉매가 공급되는 배관과, 상기 예열부(12)에서 실외 열교환기(40)로 냉매가 공급되는 배관 사이에 연결된 바이패스 배관(80)과 타이머(61)와 밸브(82)로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉난방 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,난방시, 실내 열교환기(30)에서 압축기(10)의 예열부(12)로 냉매가 공급되는 배관과, 4방변(20)에서 압축기(10)의 압축부(11)로 냉매가 공급되는 배관 사이에 압력밸브(67)와 모세관으로 형성된 바이패스관(66)을 설치하여 과부하 발생시 실내 열교환기(30)에서 압축기(10)의 예열부(12)로 공급되는 냉매가 4방변(20)에서 압축기(10)의 압축부(11)로 냉매가 공급되는 배관으로 바이패스 됨을 특징으로 하는 냉난방 시스템.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,냉방시 냉방사이클은,상기 증발기기능의 실내 열교환기(30)로부터 토출되는 냉매는, 4방변(20)을 통해 압축기(10)의 압축부(11)로 공급되고, 상기 압축기(10)의 압축부(11)에서 압축된 냉매는 4방변(20)을 통해 응축기기능의 실외 열교환기(40)에 공급되고, 상기 실외 열교환기(40)에서 응축된 냉매는 팽창용 모세관(50)에서 팽창되어 다시 증발기기능의 실내 열교환기(30)로 공급되며,난방시 난방사이클은,상기 응축기기능의 실내 열교환기(30)로부터 토출되는 냉매는, 가열장치(13)에서 가열되어 압축기(10)의 예열부(12)로 공급되고, 상기 예열부(12)로 공급된 냉매는 열교환용 모세관(14)에서 가열된 열매체와 상호열교환하여 예열되고, 팽창용 모세관(15)에서 팽창하여 증발기기능의 실외 열교환기(40)로 공급되고, 상기 실외 열교환기(40)에서 증발된 냉매는 압축기(10)의 예열부(12)로 공급되어 열교환용 모세관(16)에서 가열된 열매체와 상호열교환하여 예열되고, 상기 예열부(12)에서 예열된 냉매는 4방변(20)을 통해 압축기(10)의 압축부(11)로 공급되고, 상기 압축기(10)의 압축부(11)에서 고온고압의 상태로 전환된 냉매는 4방변(20)을 통해 다시 응축기기능의 실내 열교환기(30)로 공급되며,상기 압축기(10)의 압축부(11)에서 공급되는 고온고압의 냉매와 예열부(12)의 열교환용 모세관(16)에서 예열된 냉매의 일부와 열교환부(70)에서 상호열교환 됨을 특징으로 하는 냉난방 시스템.
