The present invention relates to a sweat-absorbing quick-drying fiber on the outer surface exposed to the air, a heat-absorbing quick-drying knitted fabric in which the modified wool fibers are knitted on the inner surface facing the skin, and in particular, the sweat-absorbing and quick-drying, modified wool of the sweat-absorbing quick-drying polyester fiber The present invention relates to a heat-absorbing sweat-absorbent quick-drying knitted fabric having both thermal insulation and comfort of fibers and suitable for materials such as sportswear and undergarments, and a garment product constructed using the same.

In the heat or during exercise or labor activities, a lot of sweat is released from a person's body. Excessive sweating from the body not only causes discomfort on its own, but also adversely affects health. Therefore, traditionally, in summer, during sports and labor activities, cotton fibers were worn to absorb sweat. These cotton fibers have excellent ability to absorb sweat and have good thermal insulation, but because they lack the ability to quickly evaporate absorbed sweat to the outside, they reduce the body temperature of clothing wearers made of cotton fibers or cause discomfort. I have a problem.

In order to solve this problem, the development of sweat-absorbing quick-drying fibers that quickly absorb the sweat discharged from the body, and effectively dry the absorbed sweat is progressing actively. For example, Korean Laid-Open Patent Publication No. 1998-9550 (name of the invention: a method for producing a sweat-absorbing quick-drying polyester fiber) discloses a polyester hollow yarn having excellent sweat-absorbing quick-drying, which is constructed by stretching in a direct drawing process method. In Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2005-15460 (name of the invention: a latent crimping thermoplastic composite spun filament having a multi-leaf cross section and a method of manufacturing the same), two kinds of polymers having different physical properties are spun by a composite spinning method to obtain excellent latent crimping properties. Thermoplastic composite spun filaments having quick drying properties are disclosed.

By the way, the conventional sweat-absorbent quick-drying fibers developed as described above are relatively good in the ability to quickly absorb and dry the sweat discharged from the body, but in general lacks warmth and causes skin drying phenomenon, the actual clothing When applied to the product has been pointed out as a disadvantage, accordingly has a problem that the use is extremely limited.

Accordingly, a first object of the present invention is to provide a heat-absorbing quick-drying fabric in which sweat-absorbing quick-drying fibers are knitted on an outer surface exposed to the atmosphere and modified wool fibers are knitted on an inner surface that faces the skin.

It is also a second object of the present invention to provide a garment product manufactured using a heat-absorbing quick-drying fabric in which sweat-absorbing quick-drying fibers are knitted on an outer surface exposed to the atmosphere and modified wool fibers are knitted on an inner surface facing the skin.

In order to solve the above problems, in the present invention, a sweat-absorbent quick-drying polyester fiber on one surface, the heat-repellent sweat-absorbent quick-dry knitted fabric configured to knit to form a dual structure of modified wool fibers modified by removing the scale on the other surface and the heat-absorbing quick-drying There is provided a garment product manufactured using the knit fabric.

The heat-absorbing sweat-absorbent quick-dry knitted fabric according to the present invention has the effect of having both the hygroscopicity of the sweat-absorbing quick-drying polyester fiber, and the heat retention and comfort of the modified wool fiber.

Accordingly, the sweat-absorbent quick-drying polyester fiber can be widely used as a material of various apparel products such as sportswear, underwear, etc. requiring moisture-absorption quick-drying, heat retention and comfort.

EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION The structure of the heat insulation sweat drying quick-drying knitted fabric of this invention is demonstrated in detail with reference to drawings.

Figure 1 schematically shows the cross-sectional structure of an embodiment 1 of a heat-absorbing sweat-absorbent quick-dry knitted fabric of the present invention.

Referring to Figure 1, the insulating sweat-absorbent quick-dry knitted fabric of the present invention forms a double structure, and includes a sweat-absorbing quick-drying polyester fiber (1) formed on one side of the knitted structure of the double structure.

That is, the heat-absorbing sweat-absorbent quick-drying knitted fabric according to the present invention comprises a double structure of a fiber having excellent sweat-absorbing quick-drying and a fiber having excellent heat retention and comfort, but when manufacturing a garment product using the heat-absorbing sweat-absorbing quick-drying knitted fabric of the dual structure, The heat-absorbing quick-drying fabric of the heat-absorbing quick-drying knit fabric is disposed on the outer surface of the clothing exposed to the air, and the fibers excellent in heat retention and comfort are disposed on the inner surface facing the skin to manufacture the garment product.

The insulating sweat-absorbent quick-dry knitted fabric which is a raw material of the garment product is formed on the surface of the sweat-absorbent quick-drying fiber to quickly absorb the sweat discharged from the body and effectively dry the absorbed sweat.

The sweat-absorbent quick-drying fiber included in the heat-resistant sweat-absorbent quick-dry knitted fabric can use the sweat-absorbent quick-dry fiber made of various materials, but it can be applied to the outer surface of the garment product using a sweat-absorbent quick-dry fiber made of polyester, which has excellent weather resistance and environmental resistance. It is preferable to constitute one surface of the quick-dry knitted fabric.

As described above, the sweat-absorbing quick-drying polyester fiber 1 forming one surface of the insulating sweat-absorbing quick-drying knitted fabric quickly dissipates the sweat discharged from the body to prevent the heat-absorbing sweat-drying fast-drying knitted fabric from sweating.

In addition, the insulating sweat-absorbent quick-dry knitted fabric of the present invention includes wool fibers knitted on one surface of the sweat-absorbing quick-drying polyester fiber 1 as described above.

The wool fibers knitted on one surface of the sweat-absorbent quick-drying polyester fiber 1 provide heat retention to the insulating sweat-absorbent quick-dry knitted fabric.

By the way, general wool fiber is excellent in heat retention, but due to its inherent condensation, shrinkage occurs during washing, and due to the hard scale of wool fiber, the touch is rough and the skin prick (Prickle) phenomenon occurs and the comfort is poor For this reason, it is extremely difficult to use as a material of the inner surface facing the skin in sportswear, clothing products such as underwear, etc., or clothing products which should be washed more frequently than other kinds of clothing products.

Therefore, in the present invention, in order to solve the above problems, according to the Republic of Korea Patent Publication No. 2005-93444 (name of the invention: a method for surface modification of keratin fibers) scale using a Fenton reaction and protease (Protease) The heat-removable sweat-absorbent quick-drying knitted fabric is comprised using this removed and modified modified wool fiber (2).

Specifically, a first step of attaching an anionic surfactant to the surface of the wool fiber by treating the wool fiber with an anionic surfactant, a second step of attaching a cationic metal by introducing a cation into the wool fiber of the first step, the The scale is changed by the method of the third step of removing the scale by the Fenton reaction of the cation and the oxidant by adding an oxidant to the wool fiber of the second step and the fourth step of treating the wool fiber of the third step with proteolytic enzymes. The modified and modified wool fibers (2) are improved in touch and scale is removed to greatly improve skin stinging, thereby retaining the warmth and comfort inherent in wool fibers, as well as absorbing sweat absorption. Partially enhanced properties are expressed. In the present invention, a heat-absorbing sweat-absorbent quick-drying knitted fabric in which the modified wool fiber 2 having such characteristics forms one surface is formed.

By modifying the scale as described above, the skin sting phenomenon is removed, and the comfort wool knitted fabric 2 having the comfort is knitted on one surface of the sweat-absorbing quick-drying polyester fiber 1, and the sweat-absorbing quick-drying polyester fiber 1 is And a heat-absorbing sweat-absorbent quick-dry knitted fabric forming a double structure of the modified wool fiber (2).

Using the heat-absorbing sweat-absorbent quick-drying knitted fabric prepared as described above to manufacture a garment product, the heat-absorbing sweat-drying fast-drying polyester fibers (1) of the heat-absorbing fast-dry knitted fabric is placed on the outer surface of the clothing exposed to the atmosphere, the scale is removed And the modified wool fibers are placed on an inner surface facing the skin to produce an article of clothing.

The sweat discharged from the body of the wearer who wears such a garment product is once absorbed by the modified wool fiber 2 which has been descaled of the garment product and rapidly evaporated through the sweat-absorbing quick-drying polyester fiber 1 to atmosphere. Is discharged to the air.

The insulating sweat-absorbing quick-drying knitted fabric of this invention is demonstrated in detail with reference to a specific Example. However, the following examples are only for illustrating the present invention in detail and do not limit the present invention.

According to the method of the present invention, a sweat-absorbing quick-drying polyester is knitted on one surface, and the modified wool fibers are knitted on the other surface to remove the scale, thereby preparing a heat-absorbing sweat-drying knitted fabric (Example 1), which is formed in a double structure. The physical properties were compared between the sweat-absorbent quick-dry fabric and the cotton product of similar density (Comparative Example 1).

1]Example 1

The raw material of wool is treated with an anionic surfactant to attach an anionic surfactant to the surface, add a cation to attach a cationic metal, and add an oxidizing agent to the fiber to remove scale by the Fenton reaction between the cation and the oxidizing agent, and then use a proteolytic enzyme. The treatment produced modified wool fibers.

The modified wool fibers were spun under the working conditions of number 1/60's, soft water Z650, on the back side, 75F / 150D polyester absorption quick-drying on the outside, and 30-inch cylinders, 22 gauge knitting conditions, 167.77g / ㎡ A knitted fabric having a density of was prepared.

1]Comparative Example 1

A commercially available 100% cotton product with a density of 168.63 g / m 2 was used.

1]Experimental Example 1

Insulation measurement experiments were carried out of the insulating sweat-absorbent quick-drying knitted fabric prepared in Example 1 and 100% cotton (Comparative Example 1).

The thermal insulation measurement experiment was performed by measuring Rct (thermal resistance) value according to ISO 11092 using Sweating Hotplate 8.2 of Measurement Technology NW. The larger the Rct value, the larger the thermal resistance, which means that the thermal insulation is excellent. [실험예 2]Experimental Example 2

The fast drying measurement test of the insulating sweat-absorbing quick-drying knitted fabric prepared in accordance with Example 1 and 100% cotton (Comparative Example 1) was performed.

Fast drying test was carried out according to the drying rate test method B of KS K0815. Specifically, after dipping the sample cut into Example 1 and Comparative Example 1 in a prescribed shape of 202.5 cm 2 each, distilled water was taken out, and the sample weight change for 1 hour from the amount of water remaining in the sample was 1 g. The measurement was carried out by calculating the moisture evaporation rate (%), and the results of the quick drying measurement carried out are shown in Table 2 and FIG. 2.

[표 2]TABLE 2

건조 시간(min)Drying time (min) 실시예 1의 수분증발률(%)Moisture evaporation rate (%) of Example 1 비교예 1의 수분증발률(%)Water evaporation rate of Comparative Example 1 (%) 00 00 00 1010 42.742.7 35.235.2 2020 77.977.9 63.463.4 3030 94.694.6 82.182.1 4040 97.997.9 91.591.5 5050 98.698.6 96.096.0 6060 98.998.9 97.797.7

Based on 100% when 1 g of water remained in the sample in Table 2, the water evaporation rate after 1 hour is 98.9% in Example 1, 97.7% in Comparative Example 1, Example 1 is faster drying than Comparative Example 1 It was found to be excellent. In addition, in the graph of FIG. 2, the larger the slope, the faster the evaporation rate of the water. Thus, Example 1, which has a larger slope, was found to have better quick-drying than Comparative Example 1.
