Description
【0001】
保温性α=(W0−W1)/W0×100(%)
【0014】
【0015】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a three-layer structure knitted fabric in which the front and back ground structures are tucked with a binding yarn, and more particularly to a knitted fabric having light weight and excellent heat retention. As a use, it is used suitably for the underwear etc. which require high heat retention.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, a three-layered knitted fabric that is tucked with a binding yarn on the front and back fabrics is lightweight and has excellent bulkiness and heat retention properties, as well as versatile appearances, for sportswear training wear and children and women's use. It is widely used for casual goods. However, since it is in direct contact with the skin for use as an undergarment, further lightness and heat retention are required.
[0003]
Further, as a conventional underwear knitted fabric, a natural fiber such as cotton or a combination of natural fiber and synthetic fiber, regenerated fiber, semi-synthetic fiber, etc., which is knitted in a circular knitting machine into a milling or tense structure is mainly used. . In these conventional underwear knitted fabrics, there is a need for further heat retention, so far, the front or back surface is raised, the fiber kneaded with a substance that absorbs far infrared rays or near infrared rays, or in the air Excellent heat retention was ensured by using functional fibers such as fibers that generate heat by absorbing humidity. However, there is a drawback that the thickness of the raised hair is extremely increased, and in the tissue using the functional fiber so far, it is necessary to increase the thickness on the tissue in order to further increase the heat retaining property, resulting in an increase in weight.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
An object of the present invention is to provide a lightweight heat-insulating knitted fabric having high heat-retaining properties in spite of the fact that the above-mentioned conventional techniques are solved and the thickness is thin and light.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, an undergarment using the lightweight heat-insulated knitted fabric of the present invention has the following configuration.
1. In a three-layer structure knitted fabric formed by tacking the front surface layer and the back surface layer with a binding yarn, the binding yarn is constituted by a hollow yarn, and the thickness of the knitted fabric is 0.5 to 1.2 mm, A skin apparel comprising a lightweight heat-insulating knitted fabric, having a basis weight of 80 to 200 g / m 2 and a heat-retaining property α of 18% or more .

5). The underwear which uses the lightweight heat insulation knitted fabric of any one of said 1-4 whose back surface layer is at least 1 sort (s) of fibers mainly selected from the group of natural fiber, synthetic fiber, regenerated fiber, and semi-synthetic fiber. Clothing .
6). The underwear which uses the lightweight heat insulation knitted fabric of any one of said 1-5 whose knitted fabric is a circular knitting .
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, the lightweight heat insulating knitted fabric of the present invention will be described in detail.
[0007]
The lightweight heat-insulating lining of the present invention is a three-layer structure knitted fabric in which a surface layer and a back surface layer are tacked with a binding yarn, and the binding yarn is composed of a hollow fiber. Here, the surface layer is a surface located on the outside air side when worn, and the back surface layer is a surface located on the side to be kept warm. The front surface layer and the back surface layer are tacked with a binding yarn to form a three-layer structure knitted fabric.
[0008]
FIG. 1 is a side view showing an example of a lightweight heat-insulating knitted fabric of the present invention, in which a
[0009]
The binding yarn of the lightweight heat-insulated knitted fabric of the present invention is a multifilament having a total fineness of 20 to 170 dtex, a single yarn fineness of 1 to 10 dtex, and a single yarn hollowness of 10 to 55% in terms of heat retention and texture. I want to be a thread. The material of the binding yarn is usually a fiber used for clothing and is not particularly limited, but a polyester fiber is suitable for obtaining the above-described hollowness.
[0010]
In addition, the surface layer of the lightweight heat-insulating lining of the present invention is preferably formed of bulky yarns such as woolly yarns, spun yarns, air entangled yarns, and different shrinkage mixed yarns from the standpoint of heat insulation, and particularly has a good texture. At the same time, in order to prevent the binding yarn from jumping out of the surface layer, it is preferable to form the polyester wooly yarn having a total fineness of 20 to 170 dtex and a single yarn fineness of 0.1 to 20 dtex.
[0011]
Furthermore, the fibers forming the back layer of the lightweight heat-insulated knitted fabric of the present invention are 120 to 20th natural fibers, synthetic fibers, in order to obtain comfort on wearing and at the same time prevent the binding yarn from jumping out from the back layer. It is preferable that the fiber is one of recycled fiber, semi-synthetic fiber, or a combination of these.
[0012]
In the lightweight heat-insulated knitted fabric of the present invention, the thickness is 0.5 to 1.2 mm and the basis weight is 80 to 200 g / m 2 from the viewpoint of achieving both heat retention and light weight. In order to further enhance the light weight heat retaining effect, it is preferable that the basis weight of the intermediate layer formed of the binding yarn is 25 to 60 g / m 2 .
[0013]
Furthermore, it is more preferable that the heat retention α defined below is 18% or more. Thermal insulation α:
From the power consumption W1 (watt) when the measurement sample is placed on a 10 cm square 65 ° C heat source in an ambient temperature of 20 ° C and the power consumption W0 (watt) when the measurement sample is not placed with the same heat source Calculate based on the formula.
Thermal insulation α = (W0−W1) / W0 × 100 (%)
[0014]
In order to manufacture the lightweight heat-insulated knitted fabric of the present invention, for example, the fiber forming the surface layer and the fiber forming the back layer are respectively supplied from the cylinder side and the dial side of the circular knitting machine, and tacked with the binding yarn. You can organize while doing.
[0015]
【Example】
EXAMPLES Hereinafter, although an Example is given and this invention is demonstrated in detail, this invention is not limited by these.
[0016]
[Example 1]
Using a circular knitting 23G double machine, a lightweight heat insulating knitted fabric having a three-layer structure according to the present invention was knitted. A 56 dtex 36 filament polyethylene terephthalate wooly yarn was used for the surface layer, a 60th cotton yarn was used for the back layer, and a 40 dtex 12 filament polyethylene terephthalate hollow fiber (hollow rate 35%) was used for the binding yarn. While tucking the front and back ground structures with the connecting yarn, a three-layer structure knitted fabric having the structure chart shown in FIG.
[0017]
The obtained knitted fabric was excellent in lightness and heat retention, and was a soft knitted fabric with a surface touch. Further, the binding yarn did not jump out from the front surface layer and the back surface layer, and the quality was good.
Table 1 shows the evaluation measurement results.
[0018]
[Comparative Example 1]
Using a circular knitting 23G double machine, according to the organization chart shown in FIG. 2, the front layer uses 56 dtex 36 filament polyethylene terephthalate wooly yarn, the back layer uses 60th cotton yarn, and the binding yarn is used in the present invention. A three-layer knitted fabric was knitted using a 56 dtex 24-filament polyethylene terephthalate yarn (ordinary non-hollow yarn) having the same apparent fineness as the hollow yarn.
[0019]
Although the obtained knitted fabric had good quality, its heat retention was insufficient.
Table 1 shows the evaluation measurement results.
[0020]
