Claims (4)
- 소결제품(50)을 접합장치(60)의 정지척(61)에 고정하고 강재로 된 일반제품(51)은 회전척(62)에 고정시킨 후 회전척(61)을 회전시키면서 정지척(62)에 고정된 소결제품(50)을 일반제품(51) 방향으로 가압하여 두 제품(50,51)의 접합부위(52,53)가 마찰에 의하여 접합하는 마찰접합에 있어서;상기 소결제품(50)의 접합부위(52)에는 후 가공성을 배제할 수 있도록 홀(54)을 일체로 형성하고;상기 일반제품(51)의 접합부위(53)에는 마찰접합시 소결제품(50)의 접합부위(52)가 변형되면서 삽입되는 형태로 수용할 수 있도록 결합공간(55)을 형성하고;상기 결합공간(55)의 깊이(H)는 마찰접합시 발생하는 열이 일반제품(51)의 중앙에 형성할 홀(56)에 영향을 최소화할 수 있도록 결합깊이(H1)보다 더 깊게 형성하고;상기 일반제품(51)의 외경(D)은 최종가공상태를 고려하여 최종제품의 외경(D1)보다 큰 직경을 유지시킨 상태에서 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이종소재의 마찰접합 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;상기 일반제품(51)에 형성되는 결합공간(55)의 내측면은 마찰 접합시 열전도를 최소화할 수 있도록 접합방향과는 반대방향으로 요입되게 형성하는 것을 특징으 로 하는 이종소재의 마찰접합 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;상기 소결제품(50)과 일반제품(51)의 결합깊이(H1)는 4∼10㎜의 길이를 유지하도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이종소재의 마찰접합 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;상기 소결제품(50)과 일반제품(51)을 마찰접합 후 최종단계에서는 접합부위(52,53)가 계단형태(65)를 이루도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이종소재의 마찰접합 방법.
